Amazing underground tour. - Wonderfully curated and set in a truly captivating location beneath Krakow’s Town Square. The exhibits are thoughtfully arranged throughout a spacious, low-lit environment that enhances the experience. Informative, entertaining, and consistently intriguing—this museum easily earns a top spot among Krakow’s must-see attractions.

Very unique, highly recommend taking a guided tour - We had a great tour with Olga. It was an hour and a half, which was the perfect amount of time. The museum was so unique, but would have been difficult to navigate without a guide. Olga was very knowledgeable and it REALLY enhanced our visit to have a guided tour.

Brilliant underground tour. Not what I expected - Fascinating tour of this fairly new underground museum beneath the whole main square. Virtually the whole history of Krakow in one place. It's quite interactive too. Takes about an hour to be guided round but you can explore on your own after the tour's ended.

Super guide - Great knowledgeable guide with a good English. She drew in those present and had many funny anecdotes. The only downside was that she spoke too fast for our nine-year-old grandson to follow.

Worth a visit - Had difficulty finding the meeting point and the desk staff were very unhelpful. Someone eventually found us and we met our guide Alicia. The area was a little crowded so you had to listen very carefully to what Alicia was saying but then it emptied a little so it was good. Alicia was very informative and the tour was very interesting and we learned some things that we never knew. Apart from the location not being evidence the few hours spent there was very good.

Could have been better. - Our tour was just okay. First of all, our group was too large for the space, over twenty. While the history is interesting, the guide, Anetta, spent much time on frivolity and repeating herself. It seemed there was more that could have been shared regarding the museum. We learned from an earlier city tour that we should find the spot in the museum where we could look up and see St. Mary’s and the square through the glass ceiling. Our guide did not point this out and luckily we veered off on our own to see it. If there is an option to take the tour on your own with an audio guide, I’d go that route.

Don't bother - just visit the museum on your own - Honestly don't bother with it. Just get yourself a ticket and have a wonder round. The tour guide was nice enough but talked too much about unimportant things and asked stupid questions like 'do you know what Lead? is...have you heard of Lead? My friend and I ended up leaving the tour after about 15 mins and just walked round ourselves
