• Wieliczka Salt Mine - On this excursion, visitors will explore one of the oldest operational salt mines globally – the Wieliczka Salt Mine, which has been producing table salt for more than 700 years! An English-speaking guide will lead the group up to 140 meters underground on a 2.5-hour journey along a 2.5-kilometer tourist route. This path is filled with chambers showcasing incredible carvings, statues, and a vast collection of mining machinery and equipment, all crafted from salt. Please be aware that reaching the first level of the mine (64 meters underground) requires descending a wooden stairway with 378 steps. After the tour, a lift will bring visitors back to the surface.
