Very educational - The most informative museusm I've ever been too. The musesum has so much information and was very educational. The museusm had a great variation of information, pictures and visual effects and videos. Highly educational for all.

Great guide, but group was too large - I learned so much from our informative guide. However, our group was so large that we weren’t all in the same room so the guide would be talking about something in the next room.

Very informative and brings the wartime experience to life. - Very interesting guided tour - of a very interesting museum. Brings the cruelty of the nazis to life - with some of the tiny details. A bit disorganised on arrival - had to search out our guide and even phone the agency. Guide was good- but too big a group - so missed some of the commentary.

DIY the visit - This would have been a 5 if we’d done this on our own. The museum is excellent with loads of informative stuff… don’t expect much on Schindler himself, it’s more about Krakow through the war. The tour was just too rushed and our Polish/Australian guide was just a little too ambivalent towards it all. Trust me, go and visit, but do it under your own steam.

Hoped to have heard more about Schindler himself - It was interesting, lots of pictures and I felt rushed, also groups should have been smaller, very crowded in some areas

Tour of Schindlers - There were slightly too many people on the tour walking through sometimes confined areas and often waiting for the other tour group in front to finish

Good trip overall - A good trip, however there is lots of walking involved, as expected. There is a lot to see and listen too but it seemed quite rushed. The trip is a little boring but it’s a must if you visit krakow and especially if you have watched the film m

Could I give 0 stars I did it - We were five adults inside watching Schindler's factory. After and having stood in line for 2 hours (which wasn't the biggest problem) If you come in with me I don't know how many groups with a guide and people without a guide. You get pushed around for a guide and the groups have to go first and you can't reach and see/read about the different things. Too many people are closed in at the same time. The only place you didn't get pushed around with was in the poison shop All in all, we didn’t feel that some of us had gotten anything out of it.
