Tours are conducted in one language selected at booking, and the meeting point is listed on your voucher (not on Wawel Hill). A dress code applies in places of worship and selected museums: knees and shoulders must be covered.
- The Salt Mine temperature is 14–16°C, so warm clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. The visit to the Salt Mine is conducted by a licensed in-house guide, with only a driver escort during transfers. The mine tour includes extensive walking and stairs; it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or claustrophobia. Students must present a valid student ID to receive a youth discount.
