Loved this tour! - My husband and I did this tour while on our honeymoon and it was wonderful. We were picked up and dropped off very close to our hotel. The driver was lovely bought us all sweets after Birkenau. This company I would highly recommend and travel with again!

Very poor customer service - We got a Bolt taxi from the old town straight to the salt mine. It cost less than £10. This is the quickest and best way to do this trip. Its 20 to 30 minutes by car. No messing around with coaches or tour company's. We had a tour booked through "KRAKOWBOOKING" and they changed the meet time to 1.5 hours earlier than planned months earlier. They done this the day before and we couldn't change our plans. They refused to give a refund so really poor service. So when we could go we hopped in a Bolt, paid for a ticket at the mines ticket office and joined the official tour. No hassle, no issues and really good value for money with zero profit made by rip off tour operators. This is a true reflection of what happened to me and I honestly believe the tour company are out to rip off the people. DO NOT USE KRAKOWBOOKING - you have been warned.

Bad organization - The program initially included Auswitz in the morning and the salt mine in the afternoon. The previous day they reversed the schedule, but in the afternoon they didn't pick us up to go to Auswitz, so we only did the excursion to the salt mine. They didn't offer us an alternative to reach Auswitz on the same day in a different way and they didn't even warn us that the schedule had been cancelled. They notified us only an hour after the appointment because I asked for information. Such an important excursion is managed differently. Disappointing organisation. I definitely won't recommend it.
