Jerry our minibus driver was amazing. - Jerry, our minibus driver was absolutely fabulous! He went out of his way to give us a truly memorable experience. He pointed out areas of importance on the way to the salt mine and on the way back afterwards. The salt mine guide was great and gave a really informative commentary. The organisation of the visit from start to finish was amazing.

Great time in the mines - Loved going into the mines, good tour and very chilled mines which was needed on a hot day. Pickup was great as the minivan was AC controlled and the driver gave us some local information on Krakow and polish culture. Only negative is the earbud used for the tour is very uncomfy as it is hard plastic with no covering and the signal did cut out at times due to the nature of the mines

Accessible Visit to the Salt Mine - Amazing tour of the Salt mines arranged for us by Jerry at Cracow for You. He made sure the entire tour was wheelchair accessible and that we also made it back on time to Krakow for another tour we had booked through another company. Next time we visit Krakow Jerry will be our go to person for all of our tours.

Amazing from start to finish - Excellent. The pickup was on time. We went for the small bus. Conrad was brilliant, clear communication beforehand about pickup point and times. On route he showed us the ghetto which we weren't expecting. On arriving at the mine, everything was explained. The mines are amazing and our guide Patricia was funny, informative and catered to everyone's needs. Highly recommend.

Lots of Walking - I booked a tour to visit the Salt Mine at Wieliczka along with a visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau through Mr Shuttle. It was a very enjoyable day with the visit to the former concentration camps in the morning and to the salt mine in the afternoon. We had an English speaking tour guide and we were provided with headsets so we could hear what she was saying throughout our tour. NOTE! There is lots of walking and also using stairs so bear this in mind if you are someone who cannot walk long distances. We descended into the former mine which is now a World Heritage Site and learnt alot about the former mine and the miners. The guide told us there are 350km of tunnels within the complex but we did not cover all of that! St Kinga's Hall is the high point of the tour just in terms of grandeur and size. It was a spectacular sight to marvel. Especially with all the panels showing events from the life of Jesus. There is an opportunity to get gifts here as well as drinks and snacks. Alternatively there is a gift shop at the end of the tour. When someone suggested to me visiting a salt mine I was a little skeptical however I am very glad I visited as it was spectacular. After this everyone was taken back into the centre of Krakow and we were dropped off at our hotels.

Unforgettable Underground Adventure - The Wieliczka Salt Mine is a unique place with beautiful chambers, underground lakes, and impressive salt sculptures. The Chapel of Saint Kinga is stunning – everything is made of salt, even the chandeliers. Our guide was engaging and well-prepared. The air is fresh and cool (14°C year-round). I highly recommend booking your ticket in advance. An excellent experience near Krakow!
