Countryside of Poland (Zakopane) - What a fantastic experience! Fabian exuded professionalism and was incredibly composed. The whole thing was well considered. the mood of the music, the temperature of the vehicle—which was, incidentally, driven by Konrad, a skilled driver—and the timing of each spot. I will unquestionably suggest Fabian and Konrad together as a tandem for the tour.

Brilliant Zakopane trip - We really enjoyed our trip with Kaya & Michael. Well thought out and ran smoothly, but did not feel rushed. I felt we had a great personal experience and Kaya spoke excellent English with humour 😀

🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 - Thank to Lukas bus driver, I feel he is the best in all Krakov!!! 7 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and our guide Fabian was very nice and interesting. Overall we got more than we expected.

Beautiful Zakopane - Amazing experience and made all the more fun with Olaf as our guide - his knowledge is incredible and English well spoken. He made us laugh and I have found out more about Poland due to him. Big shout out to the driver too

Fabulous tour, especially with kaja as our guide - Kaja was fabulous, very friendly, bubbly and always smiling,
She was so informative during the journey to each of our destinations
When we arrived at the shepherds hut she made me feel extra special as it was my birthday and I got all dressed up as a highlander and got lots of pictures taken
We couldn’t of asked for a better guide
On the return back to Krakow she also shared with us her top tips for excursions, pubs and good restaurants xx

My visit to the thermal baths. - I decided to visit the Thermal Spa in Katowice, Poland, and it turned out to be an absolutely brilliant trip! Everything was so well organised, and I have to say a big thank you to Marco and Lucas, who run the trips — they were fantastic hosts. They got Everyone involved & was full of high spirits, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Excellent value for money & well worth the travel.

Nice little trip but not what I expected - Beware! if not choosing the baths option... it means you sit for 3 hours doing nothing at the resort while the other people go to the pools. I thought that it would a separate tour so the people going to the pools would go there, and others would go back to Krakow.. no...
The guide Simon was lovely and did everything he could to make our tour great. He tried to get us back to avoid sitting around for 3 hours but it was not in his control.
I loved the little village and the cheese and "vodka" tasting and Zapone was amazing.. shame it wasn't great weather when I was there but I loved it anyway.

Interesting experience if you want to get out of Krakow for a day - I enjoyed the day. Marek was a great guide, very friendly and he gave many interesting facts and stories through the day.

BEWARE OF BAD TREATMENT - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - Appalling treatment by this company. I have screenshots to show their “pilot” as they called him messaged me the night before adjusting the pickup time from 9 am to 8.05 am. I messaged him back twice to advise that I could not make 8.05 (prior commitment) and would be at hotel for pickup at 9 am. No further contact from him apart from message at 07.29 this morning. I didn’t pick the message up til 08.00 (prior commitment) and got to the hotel pickup point at 08.20 by which time they had left without me. Contacted the office to rearrange trip and they WOULD NOT rearrange NOR give me a refund. Beware! I have the messages on my phone to prove what happened and when but they pretty much said I was lying!
