Zakopane trip! - Our driver Jordan was imaging! He was calm, had knowledge and very kind!

Zakopane trip - AMAZING - Had an amazing day. Excellent communication from Matthew before, during & after the trip. Matthew was waiting on us arriving outside our hotel and the transport was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great stops along the way to Zakopane. Zakopane is stunningly beautiful, absolutely loved it. Thanks again Matthew, we had a brilliant day.

The trip was worth it for the stunning views of Zakopane and the mountains - It was well worth the 2 hour journey to Zakopane to experience the funicular ride (it really moves very quickly) and the stunning views from the viewing platform. We would have liked to spend more than the 3 hours alloted for the Zakopane part of the tour. The cheese and vodka tasting was, in my view, unnecessary (there was one piece of smoked sheep's cheese and one shot of fruit vodka on offer) and the wooden village was interesting but located in an area where many houses are made from wood - we drove past some exceptionally pretty ones on the way.

Wow Zackopane we love you 😘❄️🎄👏 - Wow I loved zackopane. It was beautiful. Stunning and snow was lying brilliant. The view mountains sun out . I loved loved loved it .Time and pick up was good. Jordan our driver and guide was brilliant. So professional and enjoyable .Price was reasonable I thought. What an experience so enjoyable. Visit all day was great. Busy but ok. I think it's for everyone.

Great fun snowy day out! - Oscar was a brilliant tour-guide and we had a great tour with a stroke of luck with having lots of snow. We saw snowy mountains, ate local cheese and enjoyed rutal Poland.

Ride into the countryside - A very enjoyable day, saw some great scenery, elegant buildings and went on a cable car to see over the town of Zakopane to the Tatar Mountains. The only downside was that the traffic was atrocious but our driver Matt kept cool

Great day trip - We first booked the trip when we got to Krakow and after a lengthy wait in the morning it was cancelled due to the car breaking down before it got to us. Even though a full refund was issued a fully compensated trip for the next day was offered and it was excellent. I’d highly recommend this trip even after the trouble we had the first day. Our lovely driver Matthew was attentive and informative and made it a great trip. The time given in each stop and then Zakopane was perfect and i couldn’t fault the trip at all. Great experience we really enjoyed.

Not a tour. You're paying for a driver. - THIS IS NOT IN ANY WAY A TOUR. Zakopane is great area. The older man drove us there, waited for us in the car, gave little direction on what to do. The group of us who didn't know each other were mostly confused and lost. If you want a driver to take you there, then this driver will take you there. If you want any descriptions, guidance, support or information then this 'tour ' will definitely not provide it. The driver drops you off, gives you a time to come back by and then sleeps in the car. You wake him up and then he drives to the next place. The driving skill of this driver is also not great. On 3 occasions different drivers used their horns to beep him because he went into their lanes. Either he was having an exceptionally bad day (although I doubt it, given other reviews) or he should find another job.
