Wonderful excursion don’t miss this great opportunity to do!! - Absolutely amazing excursion from beginning to end. The crew were superb they took extra effort to help with our 4 year old granddaughter who had a blast. We had a great lunch on board which was prepared by the captain’s wife and was delicious. The snorkeling was amazing and the rope swing my husband and daughter did, and loved it!!

A MUST DO - The crew was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The water was crystal clear, and the marine life was stunning! The equipment was clean and well-maintained, and the guides were knowledgeable about the local ecosystem, which added so much to the experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in the water. Would definitely do it again!

75 years old and still making memories. - Top notched staff, beautiful boat, snorkeling, and rope swing was great fun, excellent food prepared by Captains wife. Would do this excursion again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend.

Awesome snorkeling trip while in port - Enjoyed a 3.5 hour snorkeling tour on Lady Bellais which included transportation to/from cruise port, one snorkeling stop, delicious lunch (rice, chicken stew and cole slaw) and unlimited drinks (we enjoyed iced cold Sol beer, rum punch, rum/Diet Coke and pina colada). The pre-cruise communication from this vendor was excellent. Our tour included 37 guests which was comfortable - wouldn't like to have more than 40 as most wanted to be undercover. In past visits, we've taken multiple tours on Woodwind catamaran. With my new knee, I was looking for an easier boat to get around. So happy to have found this tour as this schooner was so much roomier than a catamaran with more covered area to easily walk around. Great food and drink completed the excursion. Special note: We were so excited to find Isa from former Woodwind tours providing photography on today's boat. Isa is an extremely talented young lady - whether as a photographer or snorkeling guide. She found us a turtle within minutes of being in the water with us. Just knowing she was also in the water made us feel extra safe! She was an outstanding guide on past Woodwind cruises providing helpful snorkeling advice and pointing out many fish while in the water. Isa was so helpful on past trips that we hope to continue to encounter her on future trips. Purchasing a keepsake of Isa's photos from this trip including before snorkeling, while in water and even from swing later would be a true keepsake. The only suggestions for Lady Bellais would be to add a cushion on the benches for more comfort. We folded our towels underneath us. Another suggestion would be to extend the tour an hour longer and include another snorkel stop. Either way, it was an awesome tour which we recommend. Hope to also continue to have the talented assistance of Isa when we sail with you again.

Outstanding Experience on the Lady Bellais! - We were looking for an activity to do on Bonaire as part of a Panama Canal ABC Island cruise we were on. We wanted to snorkel based on the great snorkeling found on Bonaire. Based on other persons’ recommendations I found on-line, we decided to book the Lady Bellais Bonaire Snorkel, independent of the ship’s excursions. I am sooo glad we did!! Booking the snorkel tour was easy through their website. We were a party of four. I immediately received confirmation of our booking along with the required waiver forms. The day of our tour, we easily found the Lady Bellais check in tent right outside the dock area and were on our way to the boat in an open-air bus. It was a short ride to the boat but also gave us the opportunity to see some of Bonaire. The boat itself was wonderful and so unique (and extremely new)—custom made just for these tours. The story of getting the boat from where it was built to Bonaire was interesting in and of itself! The crew of the Lady Bellais were all about customer service, jumping in and helping wherever they could. They also provided an excellent photographer to document your experience—she is extremely talented and got some great shots of our group and of our snorkel. The photo package was quite reasonable in price given what we’ve seen others charge on similar tours. They indicated their max capacity for snorkel trips is in the 60ish range, and I’m guessing there were only about 36 or so on board the day we did our tour….which provided plenty of room for everyone. Even at full capacity I’m sure it would be quite comfortable. The snorkel gear provided was top quality, and the snorkeling itself was unbelievable—extremely clear waters and lots to see. The tour was rounded off by an opportunity to use their rope swing (great fun was had by several in our group!!). To top off the already great experience was an absolutely delicious meal provided by the captain’s wife. We had definitely worked up an appetite with our snorkeling. Also provided were various drinks (alcoholic and otherwise). My coconut-based drink was outstanding and just what I needed to end the tour. I would certainly not hesitate to book the Lady Bellais again, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bonaire. It is a top notch, family-owned operation.

Awesome trip, worth every penny! Highly recommend! - The entire trip was awesome from start to finish. The crew were great, very outgoing and personable. Gave a good short tour with backstory on the island and reef system. Then the snorkeling spot was great, lots of fish/coral to see. Plenty of time in the water. Home made lunch was delicious. Would absolutely do this trip again.

Best excursion on Bonaire! Schooner, Snorkel, Rope Swing, Local Lunch, Drinks, Educational, Awesome Staff! - We were on the Celebrity Beyond (April 2025) and booked this excursion directly with the vendor via their website. Super friendly and helpful staff (Debbie) when deciding to do their Golf Cart excursion (Bonaire Cruisers) or their Snorkeling excursion (Lady Bellais). We decided on Lady Bellais and this ended up being our favorite excursion on our entire 11-night cruise. There were about 23 of us (all adults) booked on this excursion. Quick open-air bus ride from our cruise port to the marina where the stunning schooner was docked. We were introduced to the super cool & friendly staff, including Captain Nino, Senna & Floor, and a photographer (Melissa) from Go-Bonaire.com. Senna provided a narrated educational history of Bonaire, how they found their schooner (in Brazil and sailed it to Bonaire - fascinating!), marine & coral life as we sailed across the turquoise waters over to the Celebrity Beyond where we could photo/video our ship in such a different view! (We appreciated this tremendously!) Then, a leisurely ride up north to the snorkel site (Andrea). Instruction of all snorkel gear and safety aspects provided. We had our own snorkel gear but I did opt in for their life vest so I would not tire out. We had 45 minutes of snorkeling. Saw lots of activity, tons of fish right at the boat. Senna kept a watchful eye on everyone and was in the water the entire time with a circular flotation device should anyone need one. After snorkeling, the rope swing was open for business. Many guests did this activity and it was fun to watch. Local lunch (homemade by Captain Nino's wife) consisted of a chicken stew, rice and coleslaw. Absolutely delicious and filling after our 45 minutes in the water. You can email the company and request recipes. Nice touch! PLENTY of beverages available for all across the board from sodas, beers, wines, liquors. We had the BEST Pina Coladas and rum/cokes (thank you Floor!) The music was awesome....you could dance, sing or sway to you hearts content. Leisurely ride back to the marina included a sail-by of the island, Klein Bonaire. Nice inclusion as I had wondered about this Bonaire gem! Beautiful. Quick open-air bus ride back to the Celebrity Beyond. Melissa from Go-Bonaire.com took photos of us and our excursion and offered a very affordable photo package. Great value here and we were happy to make our purchase. Do you like beautiful views, relaxed cruising and fun times in the water? Then sign up for this trip! - Fantastic tour with great people! The schooner is really cute offering great views, plenty of sun and also shaded areas for those needing a break from the heat. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, imparting information about the island of Bonaire and its history as you cruise around beautiful blue waters. We enjoyed the snorkling around the reefs and the rope swing. Lunch was delish too! Overall I recommend this for anyone looking for a nice relaxing and fun time on the water! (also very family friendly)

Great Snorkeling in Bonaire - Couldn't have asked for a better day out on the water in Bonaire. Was glad we found this excursion and booked outside of our Carnival cruise options. Everything was great. The crew and the captain were very fun and welcoming. The boat was new, spacious, and in excellent conditions with everything we wanted for a day out on the water. It was not overcrowded or overbooked and so there was plenty of room for everyone on board. The snorkeling spot was fantastic, we saw plenty of coral, fish and wildlife in crystal clear water. Even saw some divers growing and cleaning coral on the bottom. Snorkeled in the water for about an hour and then had some fun with the rope swing off the side of the boat. Lunch was provided and very tasty. Also provided drinks and alcohol all day. Ended with a great sail back to the dock. Would recommend this to anyone, whether a larger group (we had about 20+ people) or couples/small families. The family run operation made us all feel at home and ensured everyone on board had a great day.
