• Kralendijk - Explore Kaya Grandi in Kralendijk, the main street featuring shops, restaurants, government offices, and the island council parliament.
• Harbour Village Marina - Travel north past Harbour Village Marina, one of Bonaire’s two marinas. Nearby, discover the Harbour Village Beach Resort, Eden Beach Resort, Chocogo Beach Resort, and Isidel Park, the newest public beachfront park.
• Hato - As you head north, pass through Hato, a residential area north of Kralendijk. This area is home to popular hotels such as Den Laman, Sand Dollar, Captain Don’s Habitat, Buddy Dive Resort, and Hamlet Oasis.
• Sabadeco - Sabadeco, or Santa Barbara Development Company, is a residential area showcasing some of the island’s most impressive and luxurious villas.
• 1000 Steps - Continue north along the coastal road towards BOPEC. At 1000 Steps, take a 5-minute break to enjoy the ‘1000’ step stairs. This beautiful area is a must-see on the island.
• BOPEC - BOPEC served as an oil storage facility during Venezuela’s oil production peak. Currently, the plant is inactive and awaiting a new purpose.
• Goto Lake - Goto Lake is vital for Washington National Park, collecting rainwater and connecting to the Caribbean Sea, resulting in a mix of fresh and seawater. The lake attracts many birds, including flamingos. Stop at a viewpoint for a stunning view of Goto Lake.
• Rincon - Rincon is the island’s oldest residential area, nestled in a valley and hidden from sailors with ill intentions. The village exemplifies the authentic, tranquil lifestyle once lived by Bonaireans.
• Bonaire Landsailing Adventures - Visit this unique area where people of all ages enjoy landsailing carts, a new sport on the island.
• Seru Largu - This is the island’s highest observation point, offering spectacular views of most of the island, including the east and west coasts and Klein Bonaire.

While it may be more costly than the per-person rate of a group tour, you will receive the undivided attention of a dedicated guide or driver. Our guide/driver is a true local, often with years of experience as both a taxi driver and a guide. They are familiar with every part of the island and will impress you with their extensive knowledge of its history and culture. Feel free to request your driver to adjust the duration of stops along the way; there is plenty to see and much to learn.
