Bonaire is much bigger than you might expect - enjoyed our tour with Mar, Bonaire was much bigger than i expected. Got to see salt area, flamingoes and of course the donkeys. gave us a well narrated tour in english. vehicles can be a bit cramped with 3 in back, 2 in next row, then 3 and 2 up front with driver. with numerous stops, lots of in and out which was a challenge for some older and oversized guests.

Bonfire Island Tour - Our tour guide Mar was pleasant and very informative. Covered an extensive area of the island. Just a pity we were too early for the distillery tour.

Best Tour Ever - From the personalized pick-up service to the informative tour to the actual guide/driver, himself; you his tour was amazing! William was our guide and he made us feel welcomed and took his time with the tour. I thought we would be bored for 4 hours, but we had an amazing time. This was a full comprehensive tour of Bonaire. We would definitely do this again! Having a chance to see many areas of Bonaire, our family is already planning to return directly to the island and rent an AirBNB for a full immersible experience.

Good but not worth the money - We enjoyed the different places we visited. Our guide opted to take us to a "museum" instead of the Distillery, so that was a little disappointing. The "museum" was not on our list of things to see.

Easy drive around the island. - Was a bit concerned when we started out, loading 12 people in a small van. It was not as bad as it looked and viewing sites from within was actually good. Mar, our driver kept the commentary light and interesting and answered our questions along the way. Restroom breaks were outhouses at spots where we got out to view certain sites. It appears these are cleaned on a daily bases, so no issues. A lot of time in the van, but you travel the length of the island and are able to view lots of sites from the van. Water was offered at every stop and a little gift at the end of the tour.

North and South Bonaire Private Tour - We really enjoyed this small group private tour. Nicoline, our guide, was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She made a special effort for us to spend up-close time seeing flamingos (my bucket list item). The only reason that we didn't give the tour five stars is because of booking issues and disorganization at the start of the tour - too many people booked for the vehicles and guides provided. The tour company was contacted and the problems fixed (more vehicles and guides) but the tour started late and some people were upset. Nevertheless we would definitely recommend this excursion and especially Nicoline.

Not as Advertised - We chose this excursion partly to visit the Distillery to try the cactus liqueurs, (which was listed in the sites we would visit). We were not taken there. We drove around to a lot of places in a van that did not have much leg room. In fact, we started late and returned close to 45 minutes after it should have ended. Unfortunately, this resulted in us not having the time to do another planned activity. I would not recommend this excursion.

Apparently Viator didn’t... - Apparently Viator didn’t connect with the local tour company and nobody showed up to give us the tour. Spent at least an hour sorting things out. We were told this has happened before with Viator

Not happy with guide nor tour. - We were told we would go to the beach for a swim. It did not happen. Van was too tight for 10 people. The guide c could not be heard in the van. He was speaking to the people in the front seat with him. He did not offer any help getting us in or out of the van. Not even a hand to steady the people who had slight mobility issues. Very poor.
