Cycling will lead to encounters with local women, affectionately known as “Ming” (aunts), who craft rice paper discs for spring rolls. The journey continues to Samrong Knong, where participants can taste genuine Kralan, a delightful combination of sticky rice, black bean, coconut milk, and a hint of salt, cooked in bamboo tubes over charcoal. Additionally, roadside vendors offer treats such as rice wine and banana chips.
