• Peacock Asia Tours - The day begins at 4:45 am in Siem Reap, where the journey commences. The first stop involves purchasing the necessary one-day pass. The adventure continues with a visit to the first temple, Angkor Wat. As the group admires this magnificent temple, they will witness the breathtaking sunrise behind it, offering one of the most spectacular views.

Around 8 o’clock, there will be a break for breakfast. Participants can either bring their own breakfast or enjoy freshly prepared meals from the numerous local restaurants nearby.

The exploration continues with visits to more temples, including the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Prasat Bayon, Prasat Baphuon, Prasat Phimeanakas, and the Elephant and Leper King Terraces.

In the afternoon, around 1 pm, the tour proceeds to Prasat Ta Prohm (Tomb Raider Temple) and Prasat Banteay Kdei.

The day concludes in the afternoon back in Siem Reap city.

A one-day Angkor Wat sunrise tour by tuk-tuk offers a wonderful opportunity to witness the stunning temples at dawn while enjoying a local and adaptable mode of transportation.

The tuk-tuk driver will pick up the operator early to ensure arrival at Angkor Wat in time for the sunrise. Witness the awe-inspiring sunrise from the front of Angkor Wat, where the temple beautifully reflects in the pond. Either bring a packed breakfast or dine at a local restaurant.

Enter Angkor Thom through the South Gate, adorned with giant statues. Visit Bayon Temple, renowned for its 54 towers featuring over 200 smiling stone faces. Explore nearby temples such as Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Visit the jungle-covered Ta Prohm, where massive tree roots intertwine with the temple ruins.

This is one of the most photogenic temples, made famous by the movie Tomb Raider.

Visit Banteay Kdei, a serene Buddhist temple with intricate carvings.

Return to the hotel to relax.
