Great cycle tour of Angkor temples - Brilliant tour! Neither of us on the tour were particularly fit but managed the bike ride okay even in 30+ degree heat. Absolutely loved seeing parts of Angkor we would never have seen otherwise! Big thanks to Rith for keeping us safe and showing us all the sights :)

Siem Reap temples by bike tour woop! - Our bike ride tour of the temples was fabulous. I hadn’t been on a bike for years but found it an easy ride through mostly shady and beautiful tracks that wound through gorgeous tropical forest, farmland and villages. My friend and I both got the padded seat cover which made the bike much more comfortable. Our guide Voleak aka “Handsome” was very knowledgeable and his English was great. I recommend doing the temple bike tour the first day you arrive in Siem Reap so you can decide if you want to spend any further time visiting the temples. Highly recommended this tour and our guide. Thankyou Handsome and Siemreaper tours.

Best Tour for the temples!! - The tour was perfekt and the guide Muniz was absolutly fantastic! I am a good biker and he knew quite a few good trails in the forrest from temple to temple extra for me. The guide can really adapt to my wishes. And his knowhow of the temples was very good. This is an exzeptionell tour and not a „normal“ temple tour as you can see everywhere

Trip Highlight! - The sunrise bike tour of Angkor Wat was absolutely unforgettable, and Voleak made it even better. He was full of energy and clearly passionate about the history, sharing incredible insights with just the right mix of humour and depth. His enthusiasm was contagious, and you could tell he genuinely loved what he does. Seeing Angkor Wat as the sun came up was magical — easily one of the highlights of our trip!

After visiting over 25+ countries, this was the BEST trip we have ever done. - We took this bike tour to Angkor Watt with Somchhay Troeurng (Chhay) back in the Spring of 2023 and it was the Best trip we have ever been on. I feel embarassed that it has taken me this long to write a review, but life circumstances caused me to push this off. Between my husband and I, we have traveled over 25+ countries, each with its own exciting flares and flavors, but this was by far the most exciting and relaxing, educational, and beautiful. I am not in shape whatsoever. 5'3, 140 pounds, postpartum, yet I never had any difficulties on the bike. My husband however was a collage tennis player so he was very active and in shape at the time, and there were plenty of opportunities for him to explore and expand his wild workout goals on the bike haha. Chhay was so accomodating and thoughtful in how he handled this trip, knowing our skill level was so different - he gave me such confidence in how I was doing and where we were going. He made sure to check in verbally every so often and would make many meaningful stops along the way that were scenic and educational. He knows so much about his country and the pride that he exuded was that of joy, excitement, and willingness to teach. He was not overwhelming with fact-after-fact, but again, being the thoughtful person that he is, made this trip feel curated with a kind of sacred mystery and awareness of the history of Angkor Watt and its surrounding nature. By going on bike, we were able to explore SO much more that couldn't have been done on foot or by bus. The bus was restricted to much of the main temples. The walking restricted people to only the nearby temples. We, however were able to cross through foot bridges, roads, construction and forest, and weave through even some blocked off areas due to his clearances. And to make the most of our time, there was even a mini-bus driver that followed us around to certain destinations for water, snacks, and safety. We felt COMPLETELY SAFE and cared for on this trip. This truly was a special trip. Chhay was able to capture some beautiful moments of the rising sun with us walking on the water bridge, fun bike pictures, and even added in and pointed out opportunities to talk with the locals, hang out with the monkeys, and eat at his favorite restaurants with fresh coconut that they would hack right in front of you! I cannot say enough about Journey Cambodia and the team running it. We hope to be back again with our now 2 sons, when they are able to ride a bike in their elementary years. Thank you so much Journey Cambodia Team. Thank you Chhay for this unforgettable, life-transforming experience.

Excellent e-bike tour - Thank you, Son and the driver, Mr Touch. You both looked after us incredibly well. The e-bike tour is the best way to see the temples. Son was very informative about Cambodia’s history !

Tour of a lifetime - This excursion was the highlight of our trip, the bicycle trails allowed us to ride along water ways and jungle paths, viewing water buffalos and cows, allowing us to be away from the busy streets and crowds. Angkor wat, is a place that should be high on everyone's bucket list, it's amazing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Our guide Ben and driver Yanut, were very personable, informative and very fun to talk with.

VERY EXPENSIVE but beautiful - The tour itself and the tour guide (Handsome) were absolutely amazing, he gave us the greatest experience of the temples. BUT this tour is VERY expensive even for high income earners from Australia. In total the tour cost $371 (I was shocked when the entrance to the temple was not included in the ticket price) I don’t even think the tour guide see’s half of this money.
