• Banteay Srei - Day 1: Begin at 08:00 am, when the driver and tour guide will collect you from your hotel to purchase a 3-day temple pass before heading to the 37 km temple, Banteay Srei, ahead of the crowds. Along the way, there may be stops for beautiful photo opportunities, and to enjoy traditional Khmer village life and palm sugar and Palm Cake production.
• Phnom Kulen National Park - Proceed to Phnom Kulen National Park and the river of 1000 Shiva Linga (9th century C.E, Hindu religion). The waterfall and riverbed carvings of 1000 Shiva Linga are a captivating attraction.
• Angkor Wat - Day 2: It is recommended to start early at 04:45 am. The tour guide and driver will pick up your group from your hotel to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Angkor Wat. After the crowds disperse, continue exploring Angkor Wat, which may be completed by 08:00 am.
• Angkor Thom South Gate - Head to Angkor Thom South Gate for stunning photographs, which may take about 15 minutes, then proceed to Angkor Thom.
• Bayon Temple - Visit Bayon Temple, the last state temple built at Angkor, primarily for the worship of Buddhist deities by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th or early 13th century.
• Ta Keo - Explore Ta Keo Temple, a temple-mountain possibly the first to be constructed entirely of sandstone by the Khmer Empire. It was the state temple of Jayavarman V, 10th century Hindu (Shiva).
• Ta Prohm Temple - Enjoy a lunch break at a local restaurant near the temple (price $6-$8 per plate), then visit Ta Prohm Temple. Known as the “Tomb Raider Temple” or the “Angelina Jolie Temple” due to its appearance in the film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), it is a Bayon-style temple largely from the late 12th century, built by King Jayavarman VII as a Mahayana Buddhist monastery. The second day of the tour concludes with a return to the hotel or a drop-off near the hotel upon request.
• Preah Khan - Day 3: Start at 09:00 am, though the time is flexible to accommodate your travel needs. The group will be picked up from the hotel and taken to Preah Khan Temple (Late 12th century C.E, Buddhist religion).
• Neak Pean - Proceed to Neak Pean Temple (Late 12th century C.E, Buddhist religion).
• Ta Som - Visit Ta Som Temple (Late 12th century C.E, Buddhist religion).
• Eastern Mebon - Explore Eastern Mebon Temple (Late 10th century C.E, Hindu religion, Shiva).
• Pre Rup - Take a lunch break at a local restaurant near the temple (price $6-$8 per plate), then visit Pre Rup (Late 10th century C.E, Hindu religion, Shiva).
• Phnom Bakheng - This is the ideal spot for a magnificent sunset over the West Baray. After the sunset, the 3-day tour concludes with a return to your hotel or a drop-off near your hotel as requested.
