• Siem Reap - After enjoying breakfast, a tuk-tuk (motorized trolley) will pick you up for a relaxing journey through local villages, where you can observe daily activities.
• Banteay Samre - The first stop is Preah Dak Village, located 16 kilometers from Siem Reap city. Here, you can stroll along the rice paddies and watch farmers working with their water buffaloes. A visit to a local village offers the opportunity to meet residents and learn about their lifestyle. You might even get to sample traditional Cambodian food, such as palm cakes.

Later in the morning, there is a chance to learn how to make Khmer noodles, a traditional Cambodian dish. This involves several steps, including preparing the rice noodles, making the sauce, and assembling the dish. You can then taste your own noodles before returning to your hotel around 12:30 PM.

• Siem Reap Night Market - Depart for Siem Reap and drop off at the hotel or old market.

A real highlight of this day is the stunning rural scenery (especially lush between June and January) and the opportunity to experience Cambodia’s rural culture. Some parts of the journey involve traveling on unsealed (occasionally bumpy) roads, adding to the adventure!
