Classes are entirely hands-on, with each participant having their own cooking station and equipment. The sessions cover various Cambodian dishes, and a recipe card will be provided. Our classes will teach you traditional cooking techniques, such as making fresh coconut cream, along with tips and tricks to easily recreate the dishes at home.
