Great Chef, with Kim Nurang: Great Class! - Excellent Cooking class.. and it would need to be as we came right from a 24 hour flight The class started with a trip to the old market to not only get some ingredients, but to learn about Cambodian cooking We returned and went to her restaurant, and her prep area to make our food. We made 6 dishes in an hour 1/2-- then we were able to sit down in the restaurant and eat.The restaurant is in the PUB area. We could walk around afterwards. kWhat a great evening and quite reasonable,

Amazing experience - We had a wonderful experience. The chefs were extremely nice. We first went through the market where we got insight on all the fruit and vegetable. We were amazingly guided during the cooking after choosing our menu. It was delicious. Would recommend !

Great experience! - Having done several cooking classes throughout South East Asia, I was very much looking forward to this one. The organisation (booking, confirmation etc.) went smoothly as did the pick-up from my hotel. The venue is located right next to the old market so a great atmosphere which was nice. I was the only student on that day and hence had a private class. My teacher Narong was not only very savvy but also a great person. I really enjoyed learning from her and laughing with her. In this class, you choose one starter, one main and one dessert. The dish options are rather limited (three each) but feature Khmer classics as well as vegetarian options. After class, you can download thel recipies from their website - this is great, however, the instructions in the recipies are rather basic (so hopefully I remeber enough from my class to cook the dishes at home) and could be a bit more detailed. I learned a lot during this class and hence would like to thank Narong for this great experience – highly recommended!

A must-do during your trip! - Enjoyed having a look around the old market and afterwards cooking the Cambodian traditional amoc, fried spring roll and dessert. The teacher was experienced, kind and helpful and the food was excellent.

Not worth it ! - I do cooking classes everywhere I travel. I was extremely disappointed of it all. The cooking section was really small and awkward and not very nice. I felt every thing was done in a rush and the recipes were barely explained. I am not sure the person who was teaching us, knew how to cook and certainly not the chef which is advertised on the site.
