Lessebo Handpappersbruk has its origins in the 17th century. Initially established as an ironworks, it transitioned into a paper mill after 1648. Visitors will hear fascinating stories of various human destinies associated with this place. The tour lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the group size, and includes a short film showcasing the manufacturing process.

Before or after the tour, visitors can shop at the factory store, which offers second-quality products.

The building does not have an elevator, but there is an option to walk around the exterior to access the kype and lower levels. Please inform us of any difficulties with stairs when booking, and arrangements will be made for assistance.

For those arriving by car, free parking is available outside the Paper Mill. Lessebo is also accessible by bus or train, with Lessebo Handpappersbruk located within walking distance from the bus and train stations.

Children under 12 can enter for free.
