The tour starts at the State Agora, followed by the Roman Bath, Odeon, Temple of Artemis, Ancient Hospital, Domitian Temple, Memnius Fountain Monument, The Marble Street/Curetes Street, Varius Roman Bath, Latrinas, Celcius Library, Ancient Theatre, Port Street, and Port Agora, concluding at the finish point of Ephesus Ancient City. Additional information on Terrace Houses is available; if time permits, the guide will lead a visit there.
- The Temple of Artemis - The Temple of Artemis, also known as the Temple of Diana, was a Greek temple dedicated to a localized form of the goddess Artemis (equated with the Roman goddess Diana). It was situated in Ephesus, near the modern town of Selçuk in present-day Turkey. By AD 401, it is believed to have been ruined or destroyed. Only the foundations and fragments of the last temple remain at the site.
The earliest version of the temple, a Bronze Age temenos, predated the Ionic immigration by many years. Callimachus, in his Hymn to Artemis, attributed it to the Amazons. In the 7th century BC, it was destroyed by a flood.
Its reconstruction, in a more grandiose form, began around 550 BC, under the direction of Chersiphron, the Cretan architect, and his son Metagenes. The project was funded by Croesus of Lydia and took 10 years to complete. This version of the temple was destroyed in 356 BC by an arsonist, commonly believed to be a madman named Herostratus.
- Kuşadası Castle - Kuşadası’s charming Byzantine fortress is located on the causeway-connected Güvercin Adası (Pigeon Island) and has recently undergone renovation. It is now part of a popular and well-maintained public park. A path winds around the island, featuring excellent information boards and a small lighthouse, offering splendid views of Kuşadası. Inside the fortress, there is a skeleton of a 14.5m fin whale and several models of sailing boats.
- Kusadasi Shopping Center - One of the largest markets on the Aegean Coast, visitors can explore it after arriving at the port before boarding the cruise.
- Okuz Mehmet Pasa KervansarayI - This 400-year-old structure, built in 1618, is well-preserved from the Ottoman Empire period. After arriving at the port and completing the tour, visitors will have the opportunity to explore this historical building during their free time.

Our tour service is all-inclusive with no extra fees. This is a private group organization exclusively for cruise guests. It is highly recommended for guests to meet their guide 30 to 40 minutes after the ship arrives at the port to avoid crowds and the afternoon heat. This timing offers guests a better experience in Ephesus before the crowds gather. Some benefits of our private tours include saving time at the port, as there is no need to wait for group bus tours. At the Ephesus gate, you won’t have to wait in line or for the rest of the group, who may need to use the restroom, which can be time-consuming for large bus tours. With a private group, you have an independent schedule and don’t need to wait for others. With your professional local guide, you can decide where to stop for the best photos and to receive information about the ancient city of Ephesus. On our private tours, you won’t waste time or have long waits to get tickets or visit ruins or museums.
