• Ancient City of Ephesus - After meeting, enjoy a 20-minute drive to the Ephesus area. Begin exploring one of Turkey’s main attractions, Ephesus, one of the 12 cities of the Ionian League (an ancient Greek district on the western coast of Asia Minor) located near Izmir. As a port city, it was a key departure point for trade routes into Asia Minor.

Stroll through history along marble streets lined with magnificent public buildings, including the Baths of Scholastica and the Library of Celsus, built in the early 2nd century A.D. by Gaius Julius Aquila as a tribute to his father, Gaius Julius Celsus Polemanus, the proconsul of the Province of Asia. The Temple of Hadrian and The Grand Theater are two of the most remarkable structures in Ephesus. The Grand Theater, constructed in the 3rd century B.C., was later expanded by the Romans in the 1st century A.D. to accommodate 24,000 spectators.

• Ephesus Terrace Houses - If desired, you can include a visit to the recently opened Terrace Houses, where the wealthiest Romans resided. These houses are an excellent example of careful excavation and presentation, featuring stunning mosaics and frescoes.
• Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - If you wish, you can visit The House of Virgin Mary. Tradition holds that Virgin Mary was brought here by St. John after the Crucifixion and spent her final years near Ephesus on a secluded mountaintop. A charming chapel, maintained by Franciscans and open to visitors, is built on the site. It has been designated a pilgrimage site by the Pope.
• The Basilica of Saint John - If desired, you can visit Saint John Church, where Apostle John spent his final years and was buried.
• Ephesus Museum - If you wish, you can visit the Ephesus Museum.
• Isa Bey Mosque - If you wish, you can visit Isa Bey Mosque.
• Sirince Koyu - If you wish, you can drive to the picturesque old Turkish-Orthodox village of Sirince, located atop a mountain. Here, you can enjoy the impressive vineyards and peach trees. The village offers a blend of Turkish-Greek culture, with visits to a mosque and an Orthodox church. The narrow streets are filled with women selling various handicrafts and olive oil. Another attraction of Sirince is its wine, which you can sample in small cafés.
• The Temple of Artemis - If you wish, you can visit the Temple of Artemis to see the remains of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
• Grotto of the Seven Sleepers - If desired, you can stop at the Grotto of the Seven Sleepers.
• Kusadasi Gazi Begendi Park - Return to Kusadasi through Gazibegendi Park to enjoy the best view of Kusadasi town and port.
• Kusadasi - Arrive in Kusadasi. You will be dropped off either at your hotel, in the Kusadasi center, which is 100 meters from the port, or directly at the port.
