• Kuala Lumpur - 9:30 AM - Arrive at Host’s House

Upon arrival at the host’s home, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that the lady of the house is not a local Malaysian but a charming Chinese lady from China (Local Host’s Wife).

• Kuala Lumpur - 10 AM - Gong Sound Bath

After introductions, the host’s wife will explain sound healing, which uses instruments like the Gong and singing bowl for therapeutic purposes. Throughout the session, you’ll feel waves of sound wash over you, leading to a state of deep relaxation, quickly alleviating stress and calming your mind and soul.

• Kuala Lumpur - 10:30 AM – Satsang

Satsang, meaning “association with good people” or “being in the company of truth,” involves gathering with like-minded, uplifting individuals, particularly those on a spiritual journey. It may also refer to a group engaged in spiritual dialogue. During this session, we’ll sing together in ancient Indian Sanskrit.

• Kuala Lumpur - 11 AM - Experience Sharing

You’ll then share your experiences of the Gong sound bath and Satsang with the local host.

• Kuala Lumpur - 11:30 AM - Prepare Hunan Chinese Dishes with Local Host

It’s time to prepare lunch. You’ll join the host in preparing the ingredients, gaining insight into the essence of Chinese cuisine. You’ll be amazed at how quickly the lady of the house can prepare such a variety of ingredients.

• Kuala Lumpur - 1 PM - Lunch Served, Enjoy Lunch with Host

Lunch is ready! The delightful Hunan cuisine will surely earn your praise, and be warned, you might find yourself having more than two bowls of rice because it’s so delicious you won’t be able to resist! LOL

• Kuala Lumpur - 2 PM - Return to Hotel

Now, we’ll head back to the hotel, your stomach full and your heart filled with memories.
