While visitors cannot enter the building, they can take photos of the exterior and witness the changing of the guards, which occurs hourly.
- National Monument - The National Monument (Tugu Negara) is a bronze tribute to those who lost their lives in the fight for Malaysian independence, designed by American architect Felix de Weldon.
- National Mosque (Masjid Negara) - The National Mosque of Malaysia, located in Kuala Lumpur, can accommodate 15,000 people and is surrounded by lush greenery on a 13-acre land. The original structure was created by a team from the Public Works Department and was built on the site of a church in 1965. It stands as an important symbol of the Islamic country of Malaysia.
