Monkeys can often be seen playing around the caves.

• National Mosque (Masjid Negara) - Masjid Negara is one of the city’s most prominent landmarks, featuring a unique star-shaped dome and a 73-meter high minaret. The mosque’s design blends modern architecture with traditional Islamic art, calligraphy, and ornamentation. Visitors should dress appropriately, and women are required to wear headscarves.

• The River of Life - The River of Life is a notable attraction in Kuala Lumpur, located near the Masjid Jamek Sultan Abdul Samad, the city’s oldest mosque. It is where the Klang River and the Gombak River meet.

This historic site is where the Union Flag was lowered, and the Malayan flag was raised for the first time at midnight on August 31, 1957. It occupies 1.67 acres (6,758 m2) on Robson Heights, overlooking Jalan Syed Putra. Completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989, the temple was built by Hainanese residents in Malaysia and is one of the largest temples in Southeast Asia.
• Little India Brickfields - Brickfields originated as the center of brick-making in the late 19th century, following a devastating fire and flood in Kuala Lumpur in 1881. These disasters destroyed the town’s wooden and thatched structures. Sir Frank Swettenham, the British Resident at the time, mandated the use of brick and tile in building construction, giving the town its purpose.
• Central Market Kuala Lumpur - Central Market began as a wet market in 1888, established by Yap Ah Loy, the city’s Chinese Kapitan. It has been a significant landmark in both colonial and modern Kuala Lumpur. As the market expanded, a permanent structure was built to accommodate all vendors. By the 1930s, the structure was further enhanced to its current façade. It is an excellent place to find crafts, souvenirs, and ornaments.
