Amazing meal for our last night in K. - We were staying in KL for 4 nights near the Petronas towers. We booked to go up the Petronas, which was great, but you get a very limited time on the viewing platforms for your money. The KL tower is not limited & the dining option gives you a 360deg view while you relax in comfort, having a lovely meal. I reserved a table in advance for dinner, including window table, which was well worth it. The food was beautifully laid out & the choice was amazing. A truly memorable experience.

Great View and Great Hi Tea - 100 percent worth spending our afternoon at KL tower's Hi Tea buffet. We booked it from Agoda and got a good price. Hi Tea started at 3-5pm. We paid an extra RM58 for a window seat. The view is unbeatable and the food tastes lovely. The tickets inclusive of the observation deck. So after Hi Tea we went for it. We enjoyed every moment here. Will return again if we should come to Kuala Lumpur.

Meal with a fabulous view! - We decided to book Orbit as part of our anniversary celebrations. We booked for 6.30pm so we could watch the sunset and the city light up as it turned into night, We loved it! There’s a large section of buffet food available from around the world. I’m a very fussy (awkward) eater but I managed ok. My husband tried lots of various foods and enjoyed it. Please note only soft drinks are available, not a problem but just want people to be aware. The fun part is trying to find your table on return. The buffet stays still so it’s easy to lose it. We paid extra for the window seat, worth the small charge, and it’s a tad annoying the number of people who nearly sit on your table trying to get ‘the’ photo but haven’t paid for a window seat, especially when you’re eating, The views are spectacular You can visit the observation deck too as part of your booking We spotted a lot of the sites we had visited during the day, which was an added bonus, All in all, definitely worth the money,

An amazing experience, but very limited vegetarian options - It is absolutely an experience to do whilst you are in KL if you can afford it. We arrived at 630pm and stayed till 10, during which time the sun set and we'd rotated three times. The arrival process is a bit of a faff as your online reservation means you still have to queue up for tickets (which you get for free). What we didn't know is the tickets you get for dinner also include access to the observation deck, which closes at 9, so we missed out on that. There is a huge amount of food, most of which is great. However the food for vegetarians (my wife and I) is limited. Simple changes to the menu such as making the curries as vegetarian with meat available to add in, would make a huge difference. I had a few pieces of sushi, a slice of pizza (not great) and some bits of salad; obvs dessert too! Definitely not worth the money for the food alone as a veggie. But the meat eater in the family loved it, and there is absolutely loads for them. The views are great too!

Not recommended - Dinner at Orbit Revolving Dining at KL Tower was a major disappointment. Given the place's high prices and reputation, we expected a premium dining experience, but it fell far short. The food quality was poor for the price — limited options, bland flavors, and dishes that felt more like standard buffet items than fine dining. While the revolving view of Kuala Lumpur is interesting, it does not compensate for the subpar food and service. Overall, the dinner was overpriced and underwhelming, and definitely not worth the cost.

Avoid - We booked an evening buffet here. First of all we were unaware when booking that this place does not serve alcohol. It came as a surprise to us. I’m afraid to report that the food was very uninspiring. The worst sort of buffet food. Cheap ingredients with very little real care. If you appreciate good food then you should avoid this place. It’s only saving grace was the view. But the restaurant itself was tatty and in dire need of a revamp. The service staff were attentive and polite though.

1st Time dinner buffet at ORBIT Revolving Dinner going wrong - 1st time going to this dinner buffet. Long queue and need to waiting inline despite have book the buffet earlier.the reason is due to no available seat Food wise- terrible 1. Seafood not fresh. Oyster excessively slimy 2.Lemang -stale 3. Mix vege -overcook and not fresh Service -moderate 1.long waiting time during entrance Date visit: 13 Nov 2025 Time Visit: 8pm

Ripped off! - It was so expensive thru you we would have been better off booking direct and saving hundreds! The view was awesome the food was crap. Will never book anything thru you guys again since you made soooooo much money out of us. Disgusting

Terrible food - I have given this a 1 as the view is epic and that’s all that was good about this place. Service none existent. Food omg the worst in KL cold and bland will not recommend stay away. If you want to pay for the view visit the W and pay RM50 and you won’t be disappointed I wish we had asked for a refund !

Awful and expensive - Hair in the food. Some food was hot and a lot of food was cold. Waiter dropped prawn shells on daughter when collecting plates. Be aware they don’t serve alcoholic beverages and all drinks except tea / coffee or TAP WATER are chargeable as extras. Services charges are added to your bill but this is a self service buffet with the exception of drinks. I would not be happy to return ever
