• 8Adventures - Enjoy an 8KM River Float Adventure in an inflatable kayak! This trip is the perfect way to experience the Mae Taeng river during the summer season when the water is lower. During the activity you will paddle an inflatable kayak, which is similar to a small white water raft. Your guide will be in the back of the boat and you will sit up front. It’s great fun as the kayaks can fit into slots and drops. Along the way there are beautiful birds and butterflies, flora and fauna. It’s a tranquil experience with several small sections of rapids which your guide will expertly navigate!

Pick up time between 8.00-8.30 am
Arrive at camp 9.30 am
Start activity 10.00 am - 1.00 PM then have lunch
Leave camp 2.15 pm.

Remark : Our base camp is almost 60 km and take about 1.5 hrs. drive

River Float is an exciting new tour available exclusively during Chiang Mai’s summer season, when the water levels are at their lowest, typically from April 11th to the end of May, depending on rainfall. This tour offers a fantastic opportunity to explore the river using inflatable kayaks. These kayaks are perfect for navigating fun water channels and enjoying extended peaceful sections to take in the river and its wildlife. Each kayak is equipped with a guide at the back and a guest at the front. Our team consists of experienced, qualified local guides, and we adhere to international standards for rafting equipment and safety protocols. Enjoy paddling 8 kilometers along the scenic Mae Taeng Valley.
