Just outside the city, the Gelati Monastery, a medieval cathedral adorned with intricate frescoes, can be found. The nearby Motsameta Monastery, situated on a hillside, holds the remains of martyrs. The Kutaisi State Historical Museum showcases historical Georgian manuscripts, ceramics, and textiles. To the northwest, Prometheus Cave is famous for its petrified waterfalls.

Okatse Canyon - Okatse Canyon Natural Monument is an erosion canyon formed by the Okatse River, located in the Khoni Municipality, Imereti region of Georgia, near the village of Zeda Gordi at an elevation of 520 meters above sea level.

Kinchkha Waterfall - Kinchkha Waterfall Natural Monument is a cascading waterfall in the Khoni Municipality, Imereti region of Georgia, near the village of Kinchkha, situated in the river gorge of Okatse at 843 meters above sea level.

Depending on your preference, we can collect you from your hotel or from Tbilisi International Airport. Upon your pick-up, we will embark on our travel journey to the western side of Georgia (KUTAISI), to visit the many popular tourist attractions located there. Our aim is to ensure that the tour is both comfortable and not overly exhausting which is why we have planned overnight stays on the trip from Tbilisi to Mestia, as it’s a 10-hour drive. Following these exciting sightseeing locations, we will proceed to Svaneti which requires an additional two nights to fully explore the captivating high mountain regions. On our return trip, we will spend the night in Zugdidi, which is a midway point between Mestia and Tbilisi and also home to fascinating sites worth visiting. After Zugdidi, we head back to Tbilisi where we will show you around the city.
