Absolutely incredible - Do this tour! This is easily one of the best tours i have done in Georgia! Our guide was giorgi. His knowledge is excellent and gave a really good overview of Georgia's history and how this ties in with the saunatoriums If there is one tour to do....do this one!

Memorable Tour to Tskaltubo - The tour to Tskaltubo was a great experience. Out guide Giorgi was really friendly and told us a lot of interesting things about the Sanatoriums, its history and the refugees that lived here. I can absolutely recommend this tour.

Great and very unique experience - I had a great day tour with Lasha for abandoned sanatoriums of Tskaltubo tour. He is from Tskaltubo and has great knowledge of the history of the township and the stories behind these abandoned sanatoriums. It’s a perfect spring sunny day to visit Tskaltubo. Three decades glory disappeared due to the unstable political situations. It’s an essential part of the history and I sincerely hope people can preserve these continuously. If you are into photography these abandoned buildings can be incredible scenes. Thank you Lasha!

Extremely Worth It - I take a lot of travel tours, and generally only review the exceptional ones. I toured Tskaltubo with Giorgi from Budget Georgia a few months ago, and appreciated it so much that I rebooked it again in April when a friend came out to visit. It's a fascinating and weirdly beautiful place. Bit of a photographer's dream. Giorgi also knows how to mix serious and funny commentary. What I appreciated most though was his willingness to answer our dozens of questions, each time very thoughtfully. It’s clear that he enjoys what he does, and is very good at it. If you have a chance to jump on one of his tours, you absolutely should. The team at Budget Georgia was also super easy to deal with, and always quick to reply. Five stars all around. PS - I'd recommend shoes with good grip.
