On this sunset safari venture into the Eastern Shores of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park from St Lucia.Our Sunset Drives are conducted in the Eastern Shores, iSimangaliso Wetland Park and this 3-hour sunset bush drive will undoubtedly thrill. The ability to enjoy the sun setting while enjoying the wildlife is a peaceful and graceful time. Your Ranger has years of experience within this park and he or she will share their passion with you.

Wildlife within the park includes Rhino ( Black & White), Buffalo, Elephant (migrating from the western shores), and Leopard. Unfortunately, no Lions are present in either the western or eastern shores. Other wildlife species include Hippos, Wildebeest, Kudu, Waterbuck, Rietbuck, Impala, and numerous other species.

Its a Early start today, we collect you at 5:00am from your accommodation and head to the Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park (approximately 1 hour drive).This the most popular safari offers one a real feel of this magnificent game reserve. After Breakfast at your lodge (included) we will collect you at 8:00am for the Half day Bush and Beach safari.you will be in an Open Game Drive Vehicle for the remainder of the drive to Cape Vidal with your knowledgeable and experienced ranger. He or she will offer you some incredible information with regards to the Park, its history and various systems.
From St Lucia to Cape Vidal it is approximately 28 km depending on the loop roads that the ranger will take you on. Enjoy some fantastic game viewing en route, and once at Cape Vidal, you will have a chance to enjoy some snorkeling in the protected bay of Cape Vidal. (Please note Snorkeling is not guaranteed as it is tide and weather dependent).
