This tour is an exciting way to explore Kyiv in 1 day - The tour covered a comprehensive selection of Kyiv's attractions, providing us with a well-rounded view of the city's rich history and contemporary culture.
Our guide Svit was not just a cool guide, he was exceptional. His knowledge of Kyiv's history, culture, and hidden gems was impressive.
The tour included a visit to the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, this extensive complex with stunning churches, museums, and the famous Lavra Caves - it's a true highlight of the tour. Svit navigated us through this site, sharing captivating stories and historical context.
Svit's friendly and accommodating nature made the tour feel like a journey with a knowledgeable friend rather than a standard guide.
Overall, this tour is highly recommended for anyone looking to discover the heart and soul of the Ukrainian capital.

Fantastic tour, with a Fantastic Guide! - While visiting Ukraine, I was recommended Svet and his tour by my hotel. I was looking for a tour on that particular day, and he made it happened. He was very flexible, friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and overall, I had a great time with him. I booked him on two different occasions and he was able to take me to all the various sites that I wanted to see, and others that he recommended. I found that his prices were very fair, especially for the private tours, that I got.
If you want to see clubs, museums, historical sites, or anything else, just let him know, and he will make it happen!
I defiantly, plan on using his services again, the next time, that I visit Ukraine!

A day with Svit in Kiev - Great experience, would encourage any traveler to travel with Svit! He made the entire experience simple by contacting us a few days before our journey on WhatsApp and keeping us updated during our trip. Svit had a great travel plan and was extremely knowledgeable about Ukrainian history and current events. He also happens to speak several languages and can explain the origins of Russian and Ukrainian words...who can do that? During our tour he easily customized the day to fit our physical limitations and sites we were interested in. In the afternoon we ate a lunch of traditional Ukrainian food and had time to relax. Great trip and great experience in Ukraine! Also, Svit only charges 25€ for airport transfer and our hotel charged 60€! Thanks Svit!

Perfect tour for our requirements! - My wife and myself spent the day with Svit. Incredible Tour - Can't Recommend It Highly Enough! - I booked a 6 hour tour of Kiev for myself and my elderly mother. We feel so lucky that we found this company and that Svitosar was our guide.
My mother is unable to walk very well and Svitosar fully adapted the tour to meet our needs. Svit was friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional. He was very enthusiastic about introducing Ukrainian history and politics to us. His love for Ukraine was definitely evident. I felt like we learned so much about Ukraine on this tour.
We enjoyed the day so much that we booked him again for a second day. And Svitosar did not disappoint! Two days of 6 hours each blew by quickly since Svit always made touring so interesting.
I highly recommend any tour with Svitosar. You will be do glad you did!!!!

Most impressive tour - Svit made our trip to Kiev a truly amazing experience. He took us to all the must see sights and some hidden gems as well. His knowledge of history and sociopolitical issues is remarkable and left us with a true and deep understanding of Kiev in every respect. His English is completely fluent and his style of communication is very engaging. He was a real find and our trip to Kiev was a wonderful experience because of his tour.

The guide Svet was perfect for a nice city - Every thing can be good or bad, this is depends of who is taking care of you.
I my case, I had the 6 hours Tour with Svet.
He were fantastic!!! We knows the history of each place in details, and also were very friendly.
I recommend to all who wants an professional and wonderful service !!!

Highly recommendable - I gratefully must recommend Svet as tour guide because of many reasons, first of all the deep knowledge and wonderful explanation of many things related to Ukraine, the same about recent than antique history, geography, update happening, role of Ukraine in the whole world and expectations... and not less important because of his kindness, affability and helpful attitude.
His guided tour will give sense to many unnoticed things and will make you enjoy much more your visit to Kiev.

The best tour guide in Kiev! - I booked Svet two times - first with my husband and the second time couple of years later with my husband and his parents. Both times were beyond expectations! Svet is very knowledgeable in the history on Kiev, Ukraine but also utilizes his knowledge of the world history to draw parallels, which to me opens up the Ukraine story to its fullest. Both times Svet managed to adapt the flow of the excursion to the audience, be it my husband who was more interested in details or his parents who preferred a more high-level story. Also Svet uses the car, which was very helpful especially in the summer heat and with elderly parents. He was very helpful overall in giving advices on local food places, he is a nice and energetic person in general. Would totally recommend his excursions.

Not to be missed private car tour of Kiev - We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls spending a weekend in Kiev. We wanted a private bespoke tour to accommodate our varying interests and time constraints. We chose Capital Tours due to the excellent reviews on line.
We are so pleased with the whole experience. Mariia confirmed our booking instantly and was very professional and helpful throughout.
Our guide Svetozar is an outstanding tour guide. Our eldest daughter is interested in studying medicine and asked Svetozar if we could visit the National Museum of Medicine of Ukraine and Svetozar had no hesitation in taking us there straight away and arranging a private tour in English. We were most impressed at how he adapted the day. Kiev is a beautiful City and most tour companies would present the City well, however, Svetozar brought the City, its people, history, culture and politics alive with his extensive knowledge and experiences combined with charm and wit.
We thoroughly recommend Capital Tours and would certainly use them again.
