- National Library of Ukraine - The library holds approximately 15 million items, including the most comprehensive collection of Slavic writing, archives of prominent world and Ukrainian scientists and cultural figures, the collection of the Presidents of Ukraine, archive copies of Ukrainian printed documents from 1917, and archives of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
- Baikove Cemetery - The uniquely designed crematorium is located in Baikove Cemetery’s “Memory Park,” next to a giant wall adorned with reliefs.
- VDNG - Operating since 1958, the exhibition features about 100 companies and attracts 1.5 million visitors annually. Until 1993, the complex was known as the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy of the Ukrainian SSR.
