Rickshaw Tour was amazing! - I treated my 77 yr old mom on her birthday. Surprised her with this rickshaw tour. She cannot walk much and this tour through the bamboo forest was perfect. She said it was her best birthday ever. Took the 70 min tour which was enough time. We rented two rickshaws. Saku and Kosei were both amazing and throughout the whole tour had the biggest smiles on their faces. Despite the humidity and heat of August, they pulled the rickshaws like nothing. They even took some of the most amazing pictures on my phone and the best pano photos capturing the beauty of the bamboo. Saku and Kosei made my mom's birthday so special. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Great day out!! - Rickshaw runners were great very informative, not just about immediate area but japan in general. They did not complain even though the temperature was 36 degrees! We were running a little, received a call to give us directions. Nothing was a problem they stopped at heaps of photo spots. Great company to deal with!

Beautiful ride with secret spots - ES was one of the most beautiful experiences in Japan. We booked the first tour at 9.30am and ES was already very hot. Our driver did a great job driving us to deserted spots and taking great photos of us alone despite many tourists. The bamboo forest is beautiful, although not very large. We really enjoyed ES seeing so much without having to run in the heat! Thank you for the great service.

What a great way to beat the crowds! - Ocean, our driver, was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour! Give him your phone and he will take the best pictures of you! He can make it look like you’re the only ones in the forest! So good!

Great experience in the bamboo forest - We took a rickshaw ride through the beautiful bamboo forest in Osaka, and it was an unforgettable moment! Our shooter, Yoppy, made this experience absolutely awesome. He was lively, always smiling, very caring and incredibly passionate about what he does. His explanations were clear, interesting and full of enthusiasm, which really enriched the ride. Thanks to him, we learned a lot while enjoying a unique and very friendly moment. Thank you Yoppy for your communicative energy and kindness! An experience we recommend with our eyes closed!

A rickshaw at an Ebisuya that became my best memory - Mr. Satoshi Takamatsu was put in charge! I was impressed by the great explanation about the history of Kyoto and the wonderful action to make the best memories for our customers ✨ I rode with her and she had a very nice photo shoot, we had a good conversation, and the good time was quick. Also, when I came to Kyoto, I wanted Mr. Takahashi to be in charge again on a rickshaw! Thank you so much for your support!

Must do! - Must Do! Feeling like royalty as you transverse through the Bamboo Forrest! Our tour guides Shuji and Nakio were very knowledgeable and spoke English very well! Beyond feeling like royalty, they also captured the most amazing photo of our family! They were magicians as they somehow hide all the people! Amazing experience and memories that will be cherished forever! #worthit

Great tour but set your expectations - This was a great tour and the guides were the utmost professionals. So friendly, knowledgeable and strong. We felt kind of bad watching them pull our rickshaw especially since the day was incredibly hot. However, they were utmost pros and did their best to make sure that they provided a great tour. I knocked off a star overall because I think that it would be good to know that you have to sit in the rickshaw most of the tour except once to take pictures inside the bamboo grove. I also thought that there was a separate path for rickshaws the entire tour through the forest but it was just a short while in the beginning and we weren’t able to get out and take pics when no one was around. My whole purpose of booking the tour was to avoid crowds for pictures so I felt a bit disappointed in that we were either sharing paths with other tourists in the forest (who took pictures of us like we were the tourist attraction) or traveled around town to get to the other side of the bamboo forest where we did eventually get off the rickshaw to take pictures. Maybe it’s on me for having different expectations or reading the tour details wrong so sharing this for other’s to be helpful. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the tour for anyone who doesn’t want to walk or are unable to and would like a guide. The guys were great.
