Unique and wonderful Fushimi-Inari Shrine tour - This was an amazing tour of the Fushimi-Inari Shrine. Ryoma gave us a unique experience by taking us up a less traveled route, introducing us to some of the people who make this a special place. We got to experience the beauty without the crowds. We then enjoyed a delicious lunch and matcha with Ryoma and the other two wonderful guides who joined us, Kazu and Benjamin. They were all so generous with their knowledge and tips about Kyoto. This is a tour not to miss, and JIN Japan Exploration Tours is fantastic - 10 out of 10!

Satsuki was a great guide! - Satsuki was an amazing guide! We would highly recommend him and this hike. He guides you up and away from the masses of tourists where you get to quietly walk through the trees and small shrines. A super experience!

Personalized Experience - Fantastic experience. Definitely not something we could have done on our own. He showed paths away from the crowds which allowed us to grab some great pictures.

Great hike, especially on a rainy day! - Kenji offered a unique and very enjoyable experience at an otherwise oversubscribed touristic location. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtfully paced the hike so that it was accessible to all participants. Our rainy day hike included warming tea and snack, and followed by a delicious bowl of soba noodles.

Fushimi Inari, Japanese hospitality experience tour - Kenji's Fushimi Inari tour was a wonderful experience. He was a very well-come man, and not only did he teach us every inch of the Inari Shrine, he also taught us about the general culture of Japan. His Fushimi Inari tour is one of the best things to do! As we made our way to the top through hidden paths, the experience at some of the stops along the way was particularly special. Indeed, there was a spirit of hospitality here. This is the best experience I have had in a year.

It's about 10 times more efficient and dense than going around on your own. - was a French honeymoon couple and two Swiss men with five people As it turned out, unlike my amateur self, I felt like I was a professional tour guide. First, the amount of information you provide to your guests is extraordinary. There were many things that even the ordinary Japanese didn't know, and I felt that knowledge alone was not enough to convey them in English, it was the result of steady accumulation Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine is also a symbol of overtourism, with a cup of coffee costing as much as 440 yen and tourist destination prices, as well as many other business aspects, it is not a relaxing atmosphere In that environment, inbound traffic is probably scurrying around in a limited amount of time and with fragmented information that we've got in guidebooks and stuff. I think this tour is highly recommended for all inbound visitors to Inari, even if it costs a little (but it's hard not to do it). It should be about 10 times more efficient and dense than going around on your own. You can imagine a pattern where inbound customers book things as if they were a test, and only those items that exceed their imagination are awarded five stars. I highly recommend it.

ANAZING EXPERIENCE! - Our tour guide, Ko, was great. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and polite. His historical knowledge is impressive, enjoyable, and he welcomes challenging questions. The hidden hiking route was a pleasurable experience and concluded with a very nice lunch. Our tour was a small intimate group accompanied by a very nice family located from just outside London. We highly recommend this tour to all. Thank you for great experience, with an amazing tour guide.

An amazing experience. - This was an amazing tour from start to finish. Kenji explained everything in great detail which made the experience even better. My Wife and I learned so much about the Japanese way of life making the experience something only a local guide could have done. He showed us holy sites and trials that few if any tourists where on and then showed us amazing photo opportunities. Thanks for making our trip to Japan and Kyoto unforgettable.

Great way to see this iconic Kyoto site - Despite my friend and I being the only people booked for the tour to our great surprise it went ahead, so we had a private tour! It was a great way to see the many shines by approaching the top from behind and walking back down the main route and finishing with a soba noodle lunch. Overall it was a great morning and due to lack of tourist at the moment we got some great photos. My only complaint was that we have had much better soba noodles in other places.
