Thank you Noru! - Fantastic tour. It was too hot to walk around but biking felt amazing, and the electric assist kept us from heat exhaustion. We biked through adorable alleys and mountain forests. Our guide was knowledgeable and interesting. Our family of four (with 13 and 15 YOs) all loved it.

Great Tour of Kyoto - We had an amazing tour of secret Kyoto. It was a hot day but our guide, Yuta, was super supportive and had plenty of water and made sure everyone went at a good pace. Yuta was great, very educational, and enthusiastic. He took time to explain the cultural significance of each of the sites and even led us through a Macha tea ceremony in a temple. The tour was truly an eye-opening experience into the culture of Kyoto and Japan. This tour is highly recommended for anyone who wants a unique, local experience while in Kyoto.

See a lot of the real Kyoto and avoid tourist congestion with lesser known, but awesome sites. - Highlight of our trip to Japan so far! Henry was excellent-he was knowledgeable and his dry humor made the experience all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It was a drizzly morning... - It was a drizzly morning and occasionally there was some heavier rain but it ended up being so perfect to stroll around Kyoto on e-bikes. Henry brought us to some gems that we would have known otherwise. We love that we were able to hit a couple of shines/temples during a short amount of time. Highly recommend if you want to maximize your time in Kyoto!

A fun way to see and learn about Kyoto 🚴 - This e-bike tour was a great way to see and learn more about Kyoto! Our tour guide was a former Social Studies teacher, so not only did he know the local history, he was super enthusiastic about it, so he gave a energetic and educational tour. Plus, there is a break during the tour where the group gets to visit a famous tea house and enjoy a vegan snack. I would recommend this tour to a friend!

A Different Side of Kyoto Unveiled. - We had a fantastic time. Shaun really took care of us, ensuring both our safety and comfort during the 10km ride. He brought us to, what seemed like lesser-known and less touristy shrines, temples and sites but are simply gems in terms of the stories and legacies related to them. The pit stop at the oldest sweet shop was really a lovely break. The friendly 25th generation owner joyful welcome embraced us with a sense of familial warmth, reminisce of similar scenes, hundred years ago.
This tour was the most enjoyable activity we did together as a family, and the best tour we’ve had in Kyoto.

Pleasant experience - I would highly recommend this bike tour which takes you away from the crowds yet visiting unique and charming locations. Our guide, an English man, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, showed a good sense of humour and very respectful of all participants. We will certainly tell our friends in Canada about this small group tour. You can’t go wrong.
