• Urgent Booking Alert: Photoshoot service requires advance booking. Last-minute reservations (less than 24 hours) are NOT guaranteed. If a photographer is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or propose an alternative shooting time. Please keep phone lines available.
• Return Time: All items must be returned by 5:00 PM on the same day. Next-day return is available at no extra charge if staff is informed in advance.
• Health Notice: Wearing a kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited for safety. The provider is not responsible for health issues resulting from non-disclosure.
