Kyoto Tea Ceremony - It was a beautiful experience. Our hosts were most welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Akira made it fun and you could tell he was proud of his heritage. He was a delight. We enjoyed learning about a small portion of Japanese culture. Our granddaughters were thrilled to dress up. My husband and son also liked it. It was great fun.

Enjoying the tea ceremony... - Enjoying the tea ceremony while in traditional kimonos was such a great experience. We were taught by a tea master and each family got a chance to make traditional matcha while learning about the culture. It was informative and really fun.

A definite must for Kyoto! - This was a truly fantastic experience and a must while in Kyoto. The staff were so accommodating and knowledgeable, and couldn’t do enough to make this a great experience. The outfits alone were worth going for and I’d highly recommend this for families as well as couples and groups
