Kyoto Ghost Tour – Creepy in the Best Way - This tour was unreal the guide was super chill but knew everything about Kyoto’s haunted history. We explored hidden alleys, eerie temples, and even walked through the bamboo forest at night. That part was insane dead silent, pitch black, and it felt like something was watching us the whole time. Genuinely spine chilling. No cheap scares, just creepy vibes, real stories, and a night I won’t forget. If you’re in Japan and want something different, this is a must. 10/10.

The spooky path in Kyoto - This was a fantastic way to explore a darker, lesser-known side of Kyoto. Our guide, Aron, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, weaving together history, folklore, and eerie local legends with impressive storytelling skills. He had a way of bringing the haunted tales to life, making you feel like you were walking alongside Kyoto’s lingering spirits. The tour itself was well-paced, with stops at some truly atmospheric spots that most tourists wouldn’t typically encounter. Aron’s deep understanding of Kyoto’s past added real depth to the experience — it wasn’t just about ghost stories, but about understanding how these tales connect to the city’s culture and history. If you’re looking for something unique, off the beaten path, and enjoy a good spine-tingling story, this ghost tour is a must-do in Kyoto. Just the right mix of creepy and fascinating!
