Recommended - Not only a beautiful tea ceremony, food and sightseeing experience, but we also got very interesting personal insights by our expat guide about life in Japan as a foreigner and japanese culture.

Exceptional Kyoto Guide - Our tour guide was exceptional, truly enhancing our Kyoto experience. More than just a translator, she was an insightful and engaging storyteller. Her explanations on our way to the tea ceremony were captivating, setting the stage for a deeper understanding of Kyoto. At the shrine, her knowledge of the customs and history was impressive. She seamlessly blended translation with rich cultural context, answering our questions with enthusiasm and ensuring we felt connected to the places we visited. I highly recommend any tour led by such a knowledgeable and engaging guide.

Kyoto Kimono Walking Tour - The tour touched on a lot of local points of interest, giving us a glimpse of both modern and historic Kyoto. Our group got fitted for kimonos before our walking tour, which we took around the imperial palace and the mitsui family villa. We had lunch at a delicious local spot, trying some local specialties. Lauren provided an amazing experience for our group in Kyoto, we loved our tour. She was an amazing guide, knowledgeable about Japanese and Kyoto history and culture,
