Please indicate the number of luggage items when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to deny boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

• 【Late Arrival & Refund Policy】 This is a shared tour service. If you are late at the meeting point or attractions, the supplier will not wait, and no refunds will be provided.
• 【Meeting Point】 Please confirm the meeting point in advance and arrive early to avoid missing departure. This is a shared tour, and to ensure fairness and a smooth itinerary, the vehicle will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Once confirmed, the meeting point cannot be changed. If you fail to board due to personal changes to the meeting location, no refund will be issued.
• 【End Time】 Due to long travel distances, actual arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, or other factors. All stated times are estimates only. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the tour. The company is not responsible for any losses caused by delays.
• 【Itinerary Adjustments】 The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or other factors. For safety reasons, staff may require guests to suspend outdoor activities and will discuss alternative arrangements. Final arrangements are subject to actual conditions on the day.
• 【Sightseeing Time】 Transportation, sightseeing, and stop durations are subject to actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (e.g., traffic congestion or weather), the guide may adjust the visiting order without reducing attractions, with guests’ consent.
• 【Leaving the Group Midway】 Early departure or leaving the group midway is not permitted. If you choose to leave midway, any unused portion will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. You assume full responsibility for any incidents after leaving the group.
• 【Force Majeure】 Arrival times may change due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels. The guide has the right to adjust or cancel parts of the itinerary on site, and such changes do not qualify for refunds. Delays caused by traffic congestion are beyond our control, and the company will not bear any resulting additional expenses.
• 【Seat Requests】 We will do our best to accommodate requests. However, as this is a shared tour, seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requests in advance; final arrangements are subject to on-site coordination by the guide.
• 【Seasonal & Limited-Time Activities】 Activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery, hot springs, and seasonal events are highly dependent on weather and other force majeure factors. Arrangements may change. Please refer to official announcements. If no official cancellation notice is issued, the tour will proceed as planned. If actual conditions do not meet expectations, no refunds will be provided.
• 【Vehicle Type】 Reference vehicle types (for reference only; actual vehicle depends on group size): 5–8 seats: Toyota Alphard 9–14 seats: Toyota HIACE or equivalent 18–22 seats: Medium-sized bus Over 22 seats: Large bus
• 【Personal Belongings】 Please take good care of your personal belongings and avoid carrying valuables. Any loss or damage shall be borne by the passenger.
• 【Bus Rules】 Eating strong-smelling food or ice cream is prohibited on the bus. Any damage or soiling of bus facilities caused by personal behavior must be compensated according to the bus company’s actual repair or cleaning costs.
• 【Infants Under 3 Years Old】 Infants under 3 years old may join free of charge and must be declared in advance and properly noted. If not informed in advance, boarding may be denied due to vehicle capacity limits. No seat will be provided for infants; they must be held by a guardian throughout the journey.
• 【Tour Language Notice】 This is a group tour and may be shared with participants from different language regions. The actual language of commentary will be subject to the arrangements on the day. Availability of staff providing designated languages (Chinese, English, Japanese, or Korean) cannot be guaranteed. Final arrangements are determined by the supplier. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Personal Preparation / Health & Safety】 Please prepare appropriate clothing and personal items according to the season and weather conditions.
• 【Travel Date Policy】 Please use the service strictly on the date specified in your order. If you fail to travel on the booked date and request to use the service on a different date without authorization, the supplier reserves the right to charge an additional 100% of the order amount on site or refuse service. All consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the passenger.
• 【Driver & Guide Service】 Driver-guide service: 4–13 passengers (small-group tour) Driver + guide service: 14–45 passengers (bus tour) Service type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. For driver-guide tours, driving is the primary responsibility, and commentary is secondary.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
