We are committed to crafting all ramen ingredients in-house. Noodles are freshly made in the shop each morning and rested overnight for use the following day. The ramen soup is simmered for 12 hours. Both the ramen soy sauce and roast pork are handmade.
All ingredients are sourced from the restaurant, allowing customers to cook them. This workshop is the only ramen workshop in Kyoto that is affiliated with an actual ramen restaurant.
Experience an authentic and unique opportunity at Musoshin Ramen Academy. Ramen bowl, ramen spoon, apron, and part of the ramen are provided. The flavor of the ramen becomes even richer, especially when you personalize it.
The dream and mission are to unite people worldwide through ramen.

This is the sole ramen workshop in Kyoto operated by a ramen restaurant, attracting numerous vegetarian and vegan participants.
Participants will have the opportunity to paint their ramen spoons on the restaurant’s second floor. The ramen bowls and spoons will be fired in a special kiln overnight at no extra cost. These bowls can be taken home for personal use or displayed as decorative pieces.
Following this, participants will prepare Michelin-starred ramen under the expert guidance of a chef in the professional kitchen located on the first floor. All ingredients, sourced from the nearby Musoushin Ramen, are provided by the chef. Finally, participants will enjoy the delicious ramen they have prepared themselves. Cooking your own Michelin-starred ramen is truly an exceptional experience!
