Great experience! - Very interactive and informative. The location is beautiful and it was easy to see the passion this family has for their craft. The visit culminated with a great meal and the door-to-door transportation was a big plus.

Great experience - Awesome experience. There’s a lot that goes into making coffee. That $5 cup is well worth it at your local coffee shop. The tour guides and staff were amazing. It’s a must do tour while in Medellin.

The best tour we did in Medellin! - The coffee tour was amazing with spectacular views of the mountain! We had such a great experience. The tour was informative with lots to learn about the coffee harvesting and production. We got to taste the different ways coffee can have flavour and body depending on how it is brewed. The Colombian lunch was amazing as well and traditional. Highly recommend!

A delicious day of fun and learning! - My girlfriend and I booked the tour as avid coffee drinkers and wanted to learn a bit more on the topic. The day itself was incredibly fun. We got to learn the complete process of how coffee is made, from the fruit of the plant, to drying the beans, etc; and then to learning the different methods of making coffee and the effect those methods have on the taste and body. I can't say enough nice things about the family the owns and operates the farm (and it's been in their family for generations). They were all incredibly kind, and knowledgeable, and provided a tasty lunch as well. At the end I was sure to buy several bags of coffee to take home and give to friends and family. I can't recommend this tour enough! It is a fantastic time

A little less touristy would be nice - We were not picked up at the agreed location, but were lucky that there were several providers for this coffee plantation and one took us on his bus. There were an incredible number of visitors on site, it really wasn't individual there. It was advantageous that there was an English-speaking and a Spanish-speaking group. The latter is usually smaller. It's all very commercial, but I probably overlooked that when booking. I cannot confirm the frequently reviewed “superfood”. Would I recommend the tour? If you want to play it safe, that's a recommendation. If you like it more individual, then there are certainly better providers. This “farm” lives from the tours and sales of its own products.
