Costa Rica Descents Adventure Company - From our office to the canyon is 30 mintures drive. When we arrive, certified adventure guides will provideyou high-quality canyoneering gear and give you a security speech and canyoning demonstration before we start the adventure rappelling down the waterfalls. The canyon have 3 waterfalls. 90 feet (28 meters), 82 feet (25 meters) and 160 feet (50 meters).
After the last waterfall we will go to enjoy the natural hot water from the river. We will hike through primary rainforest where you will see a one hundred years old Ceiba tree. We will finish at our organic restaurant with a warrior buffet, coffee & dessert.

Great Experience! - Loved the experience. We had a daughter that was terrified on the second part and they let her go down on a zipline on that part. Loved the farm tour after and the sugar cane. We ate at the restaurant there and was very good.

Awesome canyoning - That was really fun. Our guides went out of their way to make us feel safe. They picked us up at our hotel (which was required because the canyoning location was very out in the bush). Getting out in the real wild was… wild! They gave us a lot of care and excellent service. AND they took a detour on the way back to see some sloths in the wild.

Can you brave the washing machine? - This is our second time rappelling in Costa Rica. Excellent experience on this adventure. Rappelling through the waterfall was amazing. Great staff! Good food!

Best adventure in La Fortuna - The rappelling down the waterfall was amazing but the whole experience with the guides was amazing. Spotted a Toucan and a Macaw on the drive out. Then a great traditional Costa Rican meal was awesome and a tour of coffee making and sugar cane… you can’t beat the value. It truly shows that the guides and everyone that works here care and love what they are doing.

Canyoning in La Fortuna - The experience with Moses, Pablo e Orlando was great, what expected to do. After a rainy days, the waterfall are full of water and was challenging to down but at the same time very formative and adrenaline

A fantastic family adventure with spectacular scenery - This was our second trip with Costa Rica Descents, and it was even better than the previous days. The guides are a lot of fun and are very informative, which adds a lot to the day; also they look after your safety at all times. We were all quite inexperienced, but Orlando told us everything we needed to know to be successful. The canyoning area is stunning, the waterfalls are gorgeous and pristine, and the river swim (with hot springs) is such a special place, it feels incredible that we have it all to ourselves. Lunch is delicious and the overall hospitality by the team is top notch. Muchisimos gracias a Orlando, Pablo y Moises for such an amazing day!

Come here if you want to rappel down waterfall - The tour was amazing, our guides were very helpful and fun. They showed us sloths and toucans before we even got to the waterfall. The rappelling felt very safe and exciting the whole time. I definitely recommend it!!!

An Authentic Costa Rican experience - It was such a beautiful drive to the spot and it ended up just being me and my husband for the canyoning! It was an amazing experience and our guides made sure to show us all native plants and even found a sloth for us on the way back to La Fortuna! Everything is well thought out and well worth the money.

Boat safari - Boat trip was very nice and relaxed. Unfortunately no crocodiles seen. A pretty toucan, hawk, monkeys. Along the way had delicious pineapple and bottle of water. Tip for instructions on the bus for rafting: use headset or microphone. If you're in the back, you won't hear all the important instructions
