Tasty and harmonic experience - The cooking and dancing experience was lovely. We had such a realxing and inspiring evening. They showed us step by step how to cook typical food which was very tasty. And the dancing class was very nice, too. Also there everything was clearly explained and done with a lot of love. Thank you very much for this experience!

Really enjoyed this... - Really enjoyed this activity! They made our 7 year old feel special and included throughout all the cooking steps. The salsa dancing afterwards was so much fun. Recommend this for an evening in La Fortuna. You can drive and park there or be picked up.

Cathy was really sweet.... - Cathy was really sweet. We made some typical Costa Rican food. She aalso taught the salsa class and the kids really enjoyed. Luis was our driver and was great.

Katherine was so nice,... - Katherine was so nice, provided instructions, gave great conversation and was very knowledgeable in her cooking and dancing. Great excursions for kids and adults alike.

Uno, Dos, Tres …Chop, Eat & Dance - A fun evening had by our eight amigos who chopped and diced veggies, made tortillas from scratch, and learned some history, culture, and language skills. We all so enjoyed Cathy and her remarkable way of getting everone involved. Her dance instruction was clear and fun, and we all enjoyed the class.

So much fun. Kathy is a professional. Great night - This was so professional. There was a chef who taught us how to make a Costa Rican dish with one other family. When it was over we had our own salsa lesson.

Such a fun experience!... - Such a fun experience! Kathy was a wonderful host and made this activity so worth it. The food turned out amazing, she's even going to send us the recipes. My husband was not looking forward to the salsa dancing part, but he actually wants to take classes now when we get back home!

Such a fun night! - We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was just us and another couple and the setting was lovely and a short ride from La Fortuna (transportation included). Kathy was a very warm, charming host for both the cooking and dance lessons. We made Casado Pollo and learned a thing or two about Costa Rican cooking and culture. Would highly recommend. Fantastic experience ! - This was one of the best experiences we had in Costa Rica ! My daughter is 16 and finding things she likes can be challenging. She had a blast. It is a very hands on class. We diced veggies, made dough for the tortillas ( and cooked it too !) … Katy and her crew made it very interesting. The salsa dancing at the end was a lot of fun as well. We leaned a few sample steps but they will stick with me and be a good base for more maybe.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! - This company had to cancel my tour and experience due to their own incompetence. I had spoken extensively with a representative via WhatsApp to arrange transportation from my hotel to the cooking and salsa class. I was looking forward to the experience the whole trip. The day comes, I'm waiting and waiting for transport to arrive. Mind you, I specifically booked the transportation through them instead of on my own because I thought it'd be more reliable and I paid close to $70 extra for it. They were supposed to pick me up at 4 pm and the class started at 5. I text them to confirm at 4:05, 4:25, and 4:33. They finally respond at 4:35 and tell me they're calling the driver. At 4:44 pm they tell me there was a misunderstanding and they'll refund me because the driver isn't near me. I was so so upset. I was so excited and I could've just used my own transport. I had to miss the company's tour due to the company's own transportation. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I've had from a tour company. It ruined my day that I'd planned around it and was supposed to be one of the most fun parts of the trip. I wouldn't reccomend this company to my worst enemy. They should truly be ashamed of themselves. Edit: just read their one star reviews. This has happened countless times to countless customers. This is a shameful excuse of a company and you should choose a different company when planning a once in a lifetime trip with your hard earned money. This wasn't just a misunderstanding; it was an accurate representation of the company's business practices and lack of regard to their customers.
