Great! - Hayro was the best guide!! He was extremely knowledgeable. We felt so lucky to have had him. The entire tour was enjoyable from start to finish. Without him we never would have seen half of what we saw. Thank you!

A great guide for the 3 in 1 Combo - Our tour guide Hayor was wonderful and that was the foundation of a great day. He shared a very compact version of the country’s history and provided a base understanding of the forces shaping Costa Rican society today as we wound around and dipped up and down through the hills on our our way to La Fortuna. It was a wet day in the cloud forest so we were satisfied with a view of the waterfalls from the look off. Next it was off to the hanging bridges and a walk through the forest. Hayor was very knowledgeable about the the flora and fauna calling out to birds and red dart frogs. He had a keen eye for what was happening in real time and what had recently happened through the the traces of animals that had passed by. Hayor was fully keyed in on safety. He proceeded us at all times and made us aware of unseen dangers. I would return to walk these paths again and again if I had the opportunity. The smells, the light, the mist and the towering trees made it an unforgettable experience. We saw coati, vipers, frogs and tarantulas and heard the calls of numerous birds. Afterwards we headed for lunch at one of the several venues for thermal baths. I had a tilapia dish for lunch and it was delicious. We were in the baths during a bit of a downpour but it didn’t dampen our fun at all. We relaxed with our thoughts of what a wonderful country this is - pura vida. PS - we saw a resplendent toucan perched on a tree as we were lolling in the warm water waters of the thermal baths. Muchas gracias

The best of the best - Tours are based on the guides and we had the best guide ever. Lenny is the absolute best. Her knowledge regarding the area is incredible. If you are looking for the best tour book it with Lenny you will be treated to the best. The tour itself, suspended bridges, waterfall and spa was epic.
All around a fantastic day.

La Fortuna 3 in combo - Miha was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about the waterfall and hanging bridges. The driver was very safe and pick up was on time. Would highly recommend them

Beautiful knowledgeable host and full day of natural beauty - My partner and I took a day excursion from San Jose to La Fortuna waterfall, the hanging bridges, and a hot springs resort in the Arenal Volcano area. Our tour guide Hayro was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of guiding us through these beautiful places, informing us of what we were seeing (as well as the history), and pointing out animals and creatures we never would have been able to see without his assistance. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Amazing Nature Tour - I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Yorleny was professional, friendly, fun, knowledgeable, cautious driver & was very considerate of our needs. She picked us up on time from our SJO hotel. We truly enjoyed the sights … small rural towns, mountain views, Arenal Volcano, waterfalls, hanging bridges in the cloud forest, animals (sloths, monkeys, snakes, birds, pizotes, etc.), and relaxing thermal pools. We had an excellent experience. This tour is a great way to learn about and explore the amazing costarrican nature and wildlife.

One of the best choices of my life! - I want to tell you that this is one of the best tours I took in Costa Rica, the price is very affordable and there are really three attractions that are highly sought after.
First is the La Fortuna Waterfall, really super impressive, and the best thing is that you can swim in the place, the water is super fresh and somehow rejuvenates you.
The second attraction is the hanging bridges, in this place you get one of the best views of the Arenal Volcano, the place really allows for unique photos, and you can also see hundreds of animals and birds in addition to the vegetation, it is impressive how you can walk through the treetops on these bridges, you walk on or in the middle of the mountain.
Finally, there is lunch and the hot springs. This lunch is delicious and is pre-ordered so when you arrive it is already ready. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy the natural hot springs pools, which have an incredible relaxing and healing power. I think it is the best way to end a day of adventure.
I highly recommend it, don't hesitate, it is an excellent tour and you will enjoy it very much.

Rainy day - The cafe of the manha was very late and I didn't like it and after we passed on the plantation of coffee.The walk and mto run the dinner was bad.And due to the weather we didn't even see the vulcao, the thermas are reasonable.

Reservation got canceled in the afternoon before the tour via email - The tour operator cancelled my reservation for 3 people in the afternoon before the tour, citing overlooking by a vendor due to system error. We couldn't find a replacement tour for the short time we were there; very disappointed.
