Fast and furious!! - JC, Jason, Antonio ( or Angelo) were great! We felt safe! They took the time to explain things! They were fun and accommodating! My friend was a little nervous, but after our first short practice zip she loved it!! The tram ride up and down was beautiful and relaxing!! The pro- cam was fun and hilarious!! The pictures were nice too!! The sun came out and we were able to see the volcano and the lake!! We would absolutely do it again!! I know if I zip line anywhere again, it will NEVER be as great as this one was!! Gracias! Pura Vida!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE - If you're feeling nervous about ziplining, trust me—go with Sky Adventures. I was a little anxious, but the guides were just incredible. They made us feel safe, calmed our nerves, and walked us through everything until we felt totally comfortable. A huge shout-out to Henry, Randy, and Beto for an experience we'll never forget. We also got the package that included the tram, ziplines, and hanging bridges. The self-guided tour of the hanging bridges was perfect; the trail was so well-marked you couldn't get lost, and the views were simply breathtaking. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to our next trip to Costa Rica to do it all again!

Zip line ! Don't miss out - We had the best time. The guides were amazing. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The views were stunning and he had a blast. I highly Recommend.

Amazing Ziplining Experience!!! Professional staff, knowledgeable, humorous, always with focus on safety. 5 stars! - We started our adventure with the tram ride up for an amazing vista of the Lake Arenal! Stayed for a while, took photos and head back down. After that, we were driven up to our start for zip lining. While we waited we spotted a howler monkey who got everyone excited. From that point on, zip lining was so much fun. Every cable offered incredible views. It was a true thrill! We ended with a panoramic view of the Arenal volcano. The staff was entertaining, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Sky Adventures.

Sky track and tram experience. Guided tour of the park. - We did a guided tour on the bridge route in addition to the Sky track and tram experience. It was an absolutely fabulous day. Staff could not have been more friendly. The wildlife in its natural habitat was a wonder to see. And the excitement of travelling on the zip lines was incredible. Totally exhilarating.

Great for Family! - We had a lovely experience. The guides all spoke English and made it very fun! We went with my daughter (age 6) and she had a blast! The views are breathtaking.

Awesome experience for all the family - Family of 4 with 2 teens aged 14 and 17. Location and views were amazing, ziplines were superb (fast and long!) and staff were very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and happy. We did an early morning tour and so we were in a small group. Didn't feel busy or rushed which was different to the ziplines at Selvatura (Monteverde). We enjoyed both experiences but the zipline experience at Sky Adventures was definitely better.

Pura Vida - The team was friendly and safety conscious. It was great fun even in the rain. A couple of people in our group were afraid at first but by the end they did the lines by themselves. The photos were so so in that most of them had the equipment in our face. Maybe if they tell you where the photographer will be will help?

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience - My family and I visited Sky Adventures Arenal on September 18th hoping to zipline. We had been advised back home in Canada that it was low season and we could easily book when we arrived in Costa Rica. However, when we tried to book yesterday, we were told the ziplines were closed for maintenance. This was very disappointing, so we reluctantly booked the hanging bridges and aerial tram instead. ​To our complete surprise and frustration, another couple on our shuttle this morning was going ziplining. Our driver clarified that the zipline was open but only for guests who had pre-booked. When we arrived, we could clearly see a small group of people ziplining. We pleaded with the staff, explaining that we would have pre-booked if we had been given accurate information. Since the zipline was clearly operational and not busy, it felt ridiculous to be denied. They refused to let us on and gave us an email to escalate our complaint, but we have not received a response. ​The rest of our experience was a letdown. The aerial tram ride was a complete waste of money; it was clearly just a way to transport zipliners to the first platform, not an experience worth paying for. Seeing people zipline right in front of us while we were told we couldn't was incredibly upsetting. The hanging bridges tour was equally disappointing—a self-guided walk with no guide, which didn't live up to the high cost. ​We paid over $250 USD for an experience we didn't want and were misled into booking. The combination of misleading information, poor communication, and an uninspiring tour left us feeling completely ripped off. I would not recommend Sky Adventures Arenal to anyone.
