• Mariscos El Molinito - Embark on an unforgettable journey that promises to create lasting memories. Delight in this EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE and discover the art of crafting traditional “Baja” style fish or shrimp tacos. This adventure includes a visit to the local market to select fresh fish and/or shrimp, which will be used in the preparation. Participants can also learn the skill of filleting fish if desired.

The gathering point is at 8 am outside the Casa del Artesano Sudcaliforniano on the Malecón de La Paz. From there, participants will enjoy a short walk to a nearby local market to purchase the freshest fish for taco preparation. Following the market visit, the group will proceed to a stunning terrace at Mariscos El Molinito, a restaurant situated along the La Paz seawall. Here, participants will prepare each recipe outdoors under the guidance of a skilled chef. Additionally, they will learn to make traditional MARGARITAS, MEZCALITAS, and DOUBLE CANALA. At the conclusion of the experience, participants will receive a regional gift. The experience concludes at the original meeting point, the Casa del Artesano Sudcaliforniano on the seawall.

This experience, set on the stunning outdoor terrace along the sea wall of La Paz, offers a unique opportunity to discover the authentic preparation of “Baja” style tacos. Participants will engage in the entire process, from selecting fresh fish or shrimp at a local market to crafting delicious sauces and dressings. Additionally, there will be lessons on how to make traditional Margaritas and Mezcalitos, along with the local Pacña beverage, “Double Canala.” Attendees will leave with recipe souvenirs, providing a chance to recreate these authentic Mexican dishes at home.

• The experience is regularly taken on the terrace of our restaurant, but the area may not be available at the last minute and without notice due to weather or other situations. If that happens, the area to be used will be on the first floor, overlooking the sea.
