The best introduction to La Paz - Charlie provided an informative and entertaining walking tour of La Paz that included many of the interesting locations in this unique and fascinating city. His knowledge, candour and humour made the day. A ride on the Teleferico to the El Alto market capped a fun day. I would recommend this tour as a great introduction to La Paz. Thank you!

Walking Tour Amazing - I had an amazing experience with my guide, Charlie, in La Paz, Bolivia. He did an excellent job showing us the city and explaining in great detail the local history and culture. You could tell that it knew a lot, and also conveyed it in a super clear and entertaining way, which made the tour even more interesting. He was also very attentive and always willing to answer questions and share data that you don’t easily find on your own. In the end, he gave me several great recommendations on what to do during the rest of my stay in La Paz (places to visit, viewpoints, typical food and worthwhile plans), which helped me a lot to make the best of the trip. I recommend it 100%: professional, friendly and passionate about what you do. Thank you for such a complete and memorable experience!

Most interesting walking tour so far - Extremely good tour. Charlie knows a lot about La Paz and shows you a side you will never encounter on your own. Big recommendation for anyone looking to explore La Paz.

A memorable morning with Sarah, a very special lady and wonderful guide - Altitude organised a private walking tour for us with Sarah (who was recommended on a Facebook site) and it was really a very special experience for us. We really loved Sarah - she was a gorgeous person and very knowledgeable. It was the one on one chats that we enjoyed the most - hearing about life in Bolivia especially for a women (we were a group of ladies). Can’t rate her highly enough!!

Great little tour of La Paz centre - The company didn’t tell me it would start at 3pm instead of 2pm, however the guide Charlie was great and very knowledgeable on all things political, historical, etc, and made the tour very enjoyable. I was the only person on it so we could chat more in-depth about the culture, history. Just remember to bring some cash for tipping!
