All right. - The arrangement of the trip was unclear: we had to change taxis three times and boats twice, which was not very reassuring. The initial welcome was quite cold, and as beginners we found the explanations too brief (and only in Spanish, 10 minutes before diving). Fortunately, we have some basics in Spanish, otherwise it would have been complicated. That said, once in the water, the monitor (Wilson) was very nice and we had a great time. For the photos it was 50€ asked for 10 photos, which seemed excessive. For the return, another change of boat, but the team was really top. A beautiful experience despite a somewhat chaotic start.

Good aquatic view. - It is a nice walk to do and enjoy the view of the fish snorkeling. The average buffet. The quality of care on the boat is very good, the guides speak Spanish, English, French and in some cases Italian. The island is beautiful, the view too, the journey a little long to reach the port

Nice waters but overcrowded boat & beach - The trip was as advertised. Beautiful waters but that’s where it ends. The boat ride was so packed that you have to scramble to get a seat. Snorkeling was nice but nothing extraordinary. The provided lunch was mediocre and the beach where we landed was crowded, loud with competing music from different directions that it was neither possible to enjoy the music nor relax.

Avoid at All Costs – A Total Scam That Ruined Our Spring Break - This Catalina Island "full-day snorkeling trip" was hands down the worst excursion I’ve ever booked—and it truly put a damper on our entire vacation. What a scam. The day started at 6:45 AM with a terrifying ride from our hotel. The driver was reckless, swerving through traffic and speeding the entire time. We genuinely feared for our lives. After that, we were dropped off at a random strip mall to meet up with other confused guests, only to be crammed onto a mini-bus like sardines for a long, uncomfortable ride to the dock—4 hours and 15 minutes after we were picked up. From the mini-bus to the boat, we were constantly packed in with no personal space. The boat was so overbooked that guests were literally sitting on each other’s laps. They advertised English-speaking guides, but not a single crew member spoke English. From the bus to the boat, we had no idea what was happening at any point in the trip, and it felt completely disorganized from start to finish and very scary. When it was time to snorkel at “The Wall,” we were just handed snorkels with no instruction—but there weren’t even enough life jackets or snorkels for everyone on the boat. The gear that was available was disgusting and clearly unsanitized. We were in the water for a rushed 20 minutes, and the snorkeling site itself was full of trash littering the sea floor. It was nothing like the experience that was promised. They then packed up the snorkels as soon as we loaded back onto the boat and passed them off to a nearby vessel for reuse. There was no further snorkeling for the day, even though more was promised at the island. After that, we were taken to Catalina Island for a mediocre lunch served on plates and with silverware that had been washed in a bucket of dirty water. We sat on the beach for about an hour, constantly being harassed by local vendors trying to sell us things. There was nothing relaxing about it. We were then taken back to the dock, where we sat on the mini-bus for over an hour waiting for the scuba boat to return. We used the bathroom at the port, which was not only in a sketchy area but was also the most disgusting facility I’ve ever had to use. We finally left the dock area at 4:00 PM and weren’t dropped back off at our resort until 7:30 PM. That’s nearly 13 hours of stress, confusion, and disappointment. This trip was unsafe, overcrowded, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. Save yourself the money and the headache. If you want to feel ripped off and miserable, this is the excursion for you. Otherwise—RUN.

Not recommended - The tour was scheduled to start at 10 a.m., and started around 11 a.m. We were not picked up as agreed but had to take the taxi to the starting point. Announced snorkel stops were limited to 1 stop of 15 minutes, after which we continued to the island. Food was very mediocre and announced fruit was also limited to pineapple. Contrary to what was stated, the tour didn’t end at 7 pm, but we were back at the starting point shortly after 4 pm. The return transport was also very difficult, only after about an hour of persistent discussions and phone calls with the agency were we sent a taxi that took us back to the port. All in all, a borderline unrelaxed excursion and far too overpriced.

Mass without class - A very disappointing excursion experience. 40 minutes snorkeling on a mediocre coral reef. Then 3.5 hours on a completely crowded beach. Dirty, outdated mostly broken sunbeds, which were far from sufficient for the crowd. Not recommended.

Pick something else! - The worst! I even read the “don’t book this excursion reviews” and still gave it a chance. The reviews were right from the weird transfers, to long hot day they just leave you on a beach with 200 other people. The only saving grace was the snorkeling it was ok.

Ugh - 100 people stuffed into a boat for what probably could have comfortably fit 50 … 75 tightly max. “45 minute” snorkeling =20 minutes with nothing to be seen. “Bbq” totally unhygienic. Beach on Catalina was very pretty in parts where there wasn’t garbage.
