Beautiful and fun! - This experience was even better than I thought it would be. Pablo messaged us in advance making it easy to meet up. Our bikes were very nice, well-maintained, and adjusted for us. Pablo catered to what we wanted to see. Terrain and speed were totally flexible. The landscape changes as you ride, so it's diverse and interesting. There are miles of trails in La Ventana to explore when your guide knows where to go. The vegetation was beautiful and filled with healthy and unusual (for us) native plants and trees. We saw enormous cardons, torotes, pitaya, and too many others to list here. The trails were excellent and fun. We stopped to try a wild pitaya sorbet-like treat on the way to the trails and had a little snack on the beach afterwards. Pablo is very well-educated and articulate in English so we were able to talk about the environment (and lots of other topics) in detail. We felt fortunate to have such a fun and knowledgeable guide. If I get back to La Paz I'll make a point do this adventure again.

Good riding, excellent scenery! - Three cheers to Pablo for his guiding expertise, easy going nature and knowledge of the local geology and plant life. We rode among the cactus - such a special place to see by mountain bike. He picked me up at my rental in Zona Central, La Paz and provided a good bike for me. I know my way around bikes, but not a snob about it, so this front suspension Trek was perfect for the outing. We had good conversation during the ride back from La Ventana area and for the price, I thought the experience was fantastic. This particular ride can be done by novice riders, but experienced cyclists will love the epic cactus forest. I recommend Senda Experencias! / D. Moore, Dec 2025

Magical Mountain Bike Cactus Forest Tour - Stunning beauty at Fun Pace - This trip was amazing! The scenery as we rode, the view of the bay, and our guide Pablo were all incredible. Pablo is very knowledgeable about the cactus forest and the environment but was also very attentive to what we needed as relatively novice mountain bikers. He adjusts pace and route to fit your needs and is very easygoing and friendly, but also very prepared and professional. Highly recommend this tour!

A beautiful, unique ride we can’t wait to repeat - We did the guided cactus-forest ride as a couple and had such a great time that we’re already talking about when we can come back. The whole route feels like stepping into a different planet — wide-open desert, giant cardóns, and these little pockets of silence that make the whole ride strangely peaceful. The bikes were in great shape, the pace was relaxed but still fun, and our guide made the whole experience feel effortless. It was one of those rare activities that’s both novel and grounding. A beautiful way to see La Ventana from a totally different angle.

Mountain bike trip in Baja - Incredible bike trip, the guide knew lots of different bike roads in different parts of Baja Sur.

Cacti and bikes: yes please! - I arrived in Baja without much of a plan and all I knew is that I wanted to have a mountain biking adventure with locals that know the terrain. Senda was the right choice: Pablo took me to an awesome spot with so many gigantic cacti, and a great combination of easy routes and gnarly segments. Pablo is a great teacher and guide, and he makes you feel safe and at ease at all times. I fully recommend this unique experience!

Emotions and adrenaline in contact with nature. - It is a combination of emotions and adrenaline in contact with nature. The truth is that you live an unparalleled experience by being well guided and with very friendly comrades and technicians in what they do. I highly recommend doing an experience with SENDA EXPERIENCES on the cactus route in the Window and the Sergeant.
