Must do activity while in Costa Rica! - Very clean facility! Nice changing rooms and bathrooms. Great equipment and professional staff! They made sure our 10-year-old was very safe and comfortable. Guides were very knowledgeable and loved what they were doing. Beautiful river with tons of great wildlife to see. The guides are experts at finding animals most people wouldn't notice. Great experience!

A most enjoyable rafting adventure - We loved our afternoon rafting with Selva. Juan was a brilliant instructor, made us feel really safe and gave great instruction when inside the raft which put us both at ease as newbies to the sport (and crucially got us through without falling out!) He was also very knowledgeable about local wildlife and pointed out lots of birds and animals along the way - plus he was a lovely guy who we felt entirely comfortable around (we were two women on a private raft with him) and he made us laugh throughout. Travis who came along as a safety support also took some incredible photos of our adventure on the river, which we really appreciated and were supplied for free which we were pleasantly surprised by. Couldn't recommend them more highly, make sure you book your rafting adventure with them!

Rafting sarapiqui Costa Rica - We did this as a couple. For us the best experience in Costa Rica. We have been kindly received. For us the first time we went rafting. The instructions were clear and everything was kindly explained. On the trip we were able to enjoy beautiful wildlife. Bv. Iguanas, monkeys, ... , the instructor knew a lot of birds and their habits, very nice! They also provided a snack for the road. Making memories is easy because photos are taken along the way and shared with you later. Really fantastic!

Fantastic - With Selva we did the rafting-tour. Travis is living with his wife right next to the river. So you park at his house within the gate (very safe). He has a very nice and clean dressing room and toilets. Then our guide Julio explains how to raft and what is expected in the boat (safety first). Then you walk to the river to start. Travis comes along in his kayak and takes fotos. Julio is a superguide! He is enthousiastic about his country and he tells a lot. This is very interesting. Besides steering a boat he also spots wildlife. We saw Toucan and other birds and monkeys. Halfway we made a stop and then he makes a delicious pineapple for us. At the end of the trip Travis’ wife is waiting with the car to pick is up to bring us back to the starting point. There we get all pictures from Travis without extra cost. We had the best rafting experience! Thank you Julio and Travis.

EXCELLENT RAFTING EXPERIENCE - in safe hands! - A very professional rafting company. The equipment was in great condition. The coach delivered a very good safety brief with a fantastic sense of humour. During the trip he gave us lots of information about the area and the animals that we saw. We stopped to dive from 3m high bank and have a bit of a swim to then have a short break where they provided fresh fruits and biscuits beautifully displayed. And the photos were included in the package!!

Highly recommended personal rafting experience. - We were with a small group of our tour guide Adrian and Traver (?) as safety kayaker. We didn’t feel like customers but more like a group of friend taking up a serious challenge together.
Aside from guiding us to the rapid, Adrian could also tell us a lot about the birds and other wildlife we found on the way. And a bit more about the local culture.
The river has a lot of rapids, which look challenging for first time rafters but we felt safe throughout the whole journey. So the river offers perfect conditions for starters and more experienced rafters. And we ended up with a stock of action pictures!
So don’t fall into the tourist traps, but go for this more intimate sports activity!

Hands Down Best Excursion! - Our family of four did this excursion last week in a tropical deluge. As we were climbing into the raft the skies opened and soaked heaven and earth. Trust me when I say it only made the experience that much better. Of course, it didn’t rain the entire time, but it wouldn’t have made a difference. We were never cold. We felt incredibly well supported by Travis and Diego. Diego was our super charming guide. He speaks great English, knows the river like the back of his hand, and was really fun to be around. Our twelve-year old twins were nervous at first and ended up having a total blast. Travis was in the safety kayak, making us feel well taken care of and providing amazing photographs of the excursion. These guys have been kayaking together for a decade or two and seriously know what they are doing. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
